Terrible experience here. They served a nasty dry and stale Cinnabon to me. I returned to exchange for a fresher bun but they only had a smaller one available for which they did an uneven exchange. The second was slightly better but still the worst Cinnabon I have ever had. I reached out via email to let them know about the experience. They couldn’t be bothered responding to me. Guess they don’t care since it was an airport location. They did not make those buns fresh, it was probably so early and these were left from the night before. Be careful when you go here early in the day. Give them time to need to make new batches.

Always nice staff! I have eaten here multiple times from departures, and whoever works the counter is always kind. The classic Cinnabon smell and taste always brings me back memories when the franchise were more common.

The center of a roll is the same price as a whole one. Mine was terrible.

Stopped by here when I had to wait 2 hours for a delayed flight and was greeted by a lovely guy apart of their staff that was working. It was about 7:30pm. I had never tried Cinnabon before, and he suggested to get a classic roll and I was lucky enough to receive one that had just come out of the oven! He included my icing on the side for me to put on myself so it wouldn't melt off everywhere. It was a good cinnamon roll, but pretty underwhelming in my opinion for all the hype that Cinnabon gets. The smell is always amazing though when passing by. Hats off to the employee with good energy and a positive attitude that they're lucky to have on their crew. I would visit again and try something else.

This is a decent airport option, though the food was pretty ordinary and the prices were high. Bar Symon has ample seating, and service was quick and friendly. But if you are looking for a special experience at a restaurant bearing a famous chef’s name, look elsewhere.

The problem with being a famous chef, with an audience that remembers the criticism given to contestants on shows, is that we remember it. Dinner at the Pittsburgh Airport location was average. Considering Chef Symon's standards, it was disappointing. The potato and cheese pierogi looked like it had been made yesterday. Oil or butter from the filling had soaked through the dough, and the possibility incomplete frying resulted in no crispness to the dish at all. (The kielbasa, however, was good.) Caesar salad dressing was not bad, but the different Lettuces were tired and a little soggy, again suggesting that they had been made hours before, allowing the lettuce to marinate. The one bright spot was our waiter, Randy, who demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of the menu, was responsive to all requests, and made a spot-on beer suggestion based on my tastes.

Please recognize whomever worked a shift on Tuesday 9/20/22 around 7PM. I witnessed a great act of service that truly made my night. Great place with even better employees.

The morning crew at Cinnabon are absolute heros. When you are laying your head on a soft comfy pillow dreaming about your next holiday destination, these people are riding the airport shuttle at 2:30AM to get here to put your delicious cinnamon rolls in the oven. I needed a quick coffee before my flight and Cinnabon delivered.

I got to PIT early for a flight and had about an hour before boarding and stopped in here for a breakfast sandwich. I sat at the bar and the young lady working the bar was very helpful and attentive, offering great service. The food came out quickly and the coffee was fresh and tasty. Their breakfast sandwich was just ok, definitely far from the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had and the outside of the bun was really greasy. The tater tots/cakes (whatever they call them) were tasty, especially with ketchup on them. Prices are fair for an airport joint.

Food was good as were the $12! Beers that they don’t tell you about. Wow. Did not expect to have a $50+ lunch at the stupid airport.

The cinnamon roll, CinnaSweeties donut holes, Cinnabon Stix, and beverages tasted good. The cashier was very friendly but could wear her face mask over her nose.

Ooh, I always enjoy one of Cinnabon's tasty albeit unhealthy cinnamon buns with icing! This Cinnabon restaurant was located near my airport terminal, and I stopped by to purchase breakfast. The line of customers was a little long, but I expect a wait at a Cinnabon. My husband ordered a Classic Roll, and I ordered CinnaSweeties™, which are bite-sized donut holes that are covered in cinnamon, and Cinnabon Stix®, which are similar to churros. We enjoyed the taste of these foods. We also ordered juice and water. Other menu items included cinnamon rolls with caramel and pecans and in smaller sizes and drinks such as coffees. The cashier/server had a friendly personality, but I noticed that her face mask did not cover her nose. She did say thank you and told us to have a great day.

I ordered a beer. Waited for wife. She got hung up. Tried to pay for my beer. You wouldn't believe how hard it was to get a ticket, give then card and get the hell out of there. Unreal. This is a great airport for options. Use them.
