Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and professional. The work on my vehicle was done in a timely manner, and i did NOT have to use the shuttle.

Well, not everyone there knows everything about the EV's which is understandable. It's all pretty new to us. There were some issues with the condition of the vehicle and with the paperwork. But in the end, even though there were some hiccups, everyone there came through and did the right thing. From the salesman to the manager everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Neal, Chris, and Carl gave me the best car buying experience. It was a quick and smooth process. This is now my third new car from Carl and the team at Vw of Moon since 2018.

I went to this dealership to purchase a GMC Yukon Denali. I live in Ohio, so before driving over 6 hours there and back, I asked the dealership if there was any rust on the vehicle. I spoke to an associate from the dealership over the phone, and was told “there is no rust anywhere on this vehicle”. After driving around 3 1/2 hours there, we arrived and there was rust on both of the rear wheel wells. The associate that showed the vehicle to me was named Allam, and was extremely unhelpful and did not know much about the car itself. I later looked again at the pictures they had listed online, and I noticed upon a closer inspection that the photos had been photoshopped so that the customer could not see the spots of rust they were hiding.Overall, I had a horrible experience with this shady, lying dealership and would not recommend it to any of my friends or family. Please see the pictures of the rust they had hidden from me.

The sales and management team were organized, professional, and delivered as stated. The trade-in and new vehicle pickup/purchase process was efficient without any delays or kinks. The salesman went the extra mile to orient me with the new vehicle setup and features the car had. The dealership faciltity was modern, cleanly, well-stocked with car inventory, and very conducive to a positive car-buying experience.

50/50. Sales were good, finance ripped us off on an extended warranty. Bought used car 2018 back in 2022. 41,000 miles. Sold us warranty for 48 more months and 60,000 miles which we were led to believe was 60,000 additional miles. Talked with warranty company today October 2023 and they advised 60,000 odometer miles! A 18,000 mile warranty. Warranty person thought this was also buzzard and indicated VW dealership sold us this vehicle as new because it had low miles??? 4 years old with 41,000 miles when we bought it. They snowballed us. This was second vehicle I brought from them. AND MY LAST!

Our salesman Nik was great to work with. He did a great job in helping us see the options available and what we needed. Everyone involved was great to work with.

We visited a few months ago when we were in the market for a new car. The salesperson took my keys for my car to value it for trade-in (for which they offered me HALF of what another dealership gave me) and then proceeded to hold them hostage for TWO HOURS while trying to pressure us into making a deal.He even got the manager involved who offered us a "great deal" on a car that was already being actively sold. We took it for a test drive and when we agreed to move forward, we got the "Ohhh, sorry. We just sold that car. Here's a lesser offer. Best we can do."Now, several months later, when I have made clear that we have already purchased a new car and are no longer in the market, they are still badgering me. Sean/Shawn the manager keeps calling me; however, purposefully only going straight to voicemail because I'm sure he knows from my "online inquiry" that I have made clear I do not want to be contacted by them. I try to call them back to take me off their call list and no one answers.Volkswagen is great. We plan to purchase one in the future. But I will definitely be driving out of my way to purchase from a different dealership.

Yesterday I bought a used vehicle and had a great experience with Yvonne. She was very nice and great to work with. There were some cosmetic issues on the car that was a concern and with no questions asked they were fixed and even had an extra key made since the car only had one key available. That was a bonus that I wasn't expecting! Yvonne video messaged me through the process of the purchase and had everthing done in a timely manner. Neil the manager was awesome as well.

Tried to do the online thing, but nothing was working so I just called to make an appointment for the next day. Walked in & was greeted by Nik Terry Salesman. He was wonderful from the very start of our conversation. The only complaint that I have is that there is only one Finance Manager & he was swamped that Friday afternoon. He could have used some help!Thank you for new VW :) Stacey B.

The service was courteous and quick. The long lead time of the steering wheel which needs to be replaced as a warranty part cannot be held against the service personnel.

I just bought a car today & my experience was a 10/10! Mary Lou was so welcoming, helpful, & kind to me through out the whole process. She was detailed & explained every step of the process where nothing came up as a surprise later. She called me on her day off to get me scheduled to come in & pick up my car which I greatly appreciated! The staff was quick & efficient. I arrived at the dealership at 1 PM & left by 3 PM with my new car. It was quick & painless! I’d highly recommend anyone to Mary Lou & this dealership for high efficient service!

We were here 2 years ago to look at a used Chrysler van they had listed online. It was the middle of the pandemic and we had to bring our two very small kids with us because our usual babysitters were in quarantine. The salesman acted like he was sympathetic that we had to shop with a baby and a toddler and promised to make the process easy on us.What he actually did was quietly make several unexplained deductions from our car’s trade in value while we were distracted with a crying kid, and then another person rushed us through the paperwork (so we could get home in time for the baby’s nap, she said) without pointing out that they’d signed us up for the most expensive warranty plan. It’s embarrassing how badly they took advantage of us.Nothing we could do about it once we got home and looked at the paperwork again - after all, we signed it all and we should have known not to trust them too much. But I thought others should be more prepared to deal with this kind of dishonesty than we were.

Unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate (unless you are giving them money).I used "cars.com" to search for a Mazda CX-5. I hit the "Check Availability" button and entered my information. Not 15 seconds later I receive three text messages, a phone call and an e-mail from several people (Chris, Mara to name two) inviting me to see the car. I indicated that I was driving from TWO HOURS away to see the car and made an appointment with Chris with every intention of buying the car.My wife dropped me off at the dealership to go do things with the kids while I purchased the car and I walked in the dealership, 10 minutes early for my appointment. Place was busy, but no one was there to greet me at the door. I decided to go outside and see the car, and when I returned through the side entrance I was greeted and asked if I needed help. When I said I was there for my appointment to see the CX-5, her face turned sour and she went back to the room where the managers were. I overheard one of them tell her the car was sold. I immediately got angry, but calmly reminded them I had just driven two hours to buy the car. I poked into the office area and the one manager (do not have name but young guy with a beard) simply said "it sold 15 minutes ago" and looked at me like something was wrong with me for showing up for an appointment.I fully understand the first money and signature buys the car. That is not the point.Car deals do not take 15 minutes. They knew 1-2 hours earlier that someone was test driving the car and starting to talk numbers. They could have simply texted me, maybe ask for deposit if I really wanted the car, I would have been completely understanding and happy. The day before they texted me in 15 seconds and jumped all over me by phone call, text and e-mail when I showed interest in the car. Also, no apology was given by anyone who promised me the appointment. The manager sat there and did nothing to apologize or offer me other cars I might be interested in. The attitude was that I was bothering them by showing up for an appointment they scheduled. The people who contacted me and never once apologized: Mara Cuban, Christopher Gordish and Peyton Hill. Of course they will post some apology here, but too little too late. Here is how you handle the situation: You made a mistake and have an unhappy customer in your show room? APOLOGIZE. OFFER. Screw ups happen. I'm fine with that. I am not fine with people who are INCONSIDERATE of others time. Wasn't just the manager, there were 3-4 people involved in my appointment who should have contacted me or at least APOLOGIZED. Don't do business with these people. They only care about your money.
