1 we went Friday to get glasses tightened for my sister Grace helped us out she said they looked good come to find out after wearing them they were terribly un even we go back Saturday morning to get them fixed and tightened again and unfortunately Grace has to help us again. This girl BROKE her glasses in pieces. Then walks past myself and my sister and just says "we're just going to get them off of the display" didn't mention once that they were broken the manager had to tell us and say "the glasses broke"Did the glasses break or did Grace break them and not say anything to us not an apology nothing She then goes up to the woman behind the counter and asks for the profile for the next victim. When the woman says she doesn't see it Grace says with the utmost snarky attitude "well I know it's there because I put it there" and she eventually finds it in a different stack and Grace proceeds to say "yeah that's why you have to LOOK" Like is it that serious and would you have hurt so much to just say hey I'm sorry I broke your glasses it'll be a little bit longer on those It just actually baffles me how she can act like that to customers and her coworkers without repercussions thanks girl

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENTi came in the office getting the estimate cost of my contacts......i was told 34.97 that day. didnt mention anything else. i responded by so its 35 dollars total for 30 days supplysshe said yes........my second place told me 38 bucks for A...(A) a month........just found out she swindled me by didnt mention that you have to pay twice the price for per EYE and i honestly never heard of this practice so is my father and his eye doctor.avoid this shark infested place

My wife wants me to say that we like "Bud", one of the workers here. TLDR: Inaccurate, Some of their Corporate Processes outweigh Customer needs, Questionable customer service, Doctors rush you, Prices are insane but not the most insane I've ever seen, 2 for X deal is a hoax, parking lot is the Devil's jokeThe Experienced DebacleMy wife was pestering me about not being able to see small print, so I came here. I got all of the tests and that was fine I thought, and they put me in with the doctor but I felt a bit rushed. When we got the glasses (just lenses) I ordered back, they were whacky and off. I immediately knew something is wrong, but they made me leave with them and come back in 5-7 days. Keep in mind this is 45 minutes away from me. Annoying.Well, I ended up coming back and they gave me time with a different doctor. Remember, I felt rushed the first time. To give you an idea of what happened the second time, the doctor literally said "Hurry up, I don't have all day and you can't be taking up all this time for a do-over" when I asked her to flip back to another setting on the wheel.Anyway, the people who work outside of the doctor's office in the front area were nice, but they too had some odd comments about my description of the problems I was facing with eyesight like "You're getting old..." when I don't really feel the prescription is that different. I put on my old glasses which were in my mind fine, and I could read relatively small markings from 15 feet away. All of them wear glasses, and of course, they made comments like "How can you read that?" or "I can't even see that and I'm standing right here" .. etc .. When I put on the new ones, I couldn't see a thing. It turned out one of the issues was with the PD and pupil centering. Well, during the first visit the doctor did that super quickly and I thought to myself "how can he possibly have done that accurately" .. guess I was right.So they ordered the new script. I still don't wear them, but they are "closer" to what is desired. They make my eyes unfocused and strained when I'm driving. I'm not sure why, and the reason is probably too subtle to be taken seriously at this place. But I won't be bothering these people a third time because it will be another big rigamarole. I just give up. The PriceOver $300 wasted - and it took a total of four trips so about 3 hours of driving and waiting - AND I DIDN'T EVEN BUY FRAMES. Imagine if I had bought FRAMES.. it would have been over $500. Also, those "2 for X" deals are a complete lie. Back in 2002 I bought the Robb Report's most highly rated eyeglasses IN THE WORLD and that only cost me $600 and I didn't have to have the lenses redone twice, and that was at Eyetique. And they were an awesome build quality.The ResultI appreciate everyone working the front who put up with me, but I will never come back. Some of them were very kind, nice and helpful, even if they made snarky comments.The first time I came to this location was in 2016. I had gone to America's Best and gotten a new script and the doctor was extremely helpful there. He gave me plenty of time to figure out all of the needs of my work life and my glasses. Technically, this is the same company, with different options, so I brought the script down here to Eyeglass World to have a wider selection and bought some glasses. I don't think I wore them very long, though, since then I've bought other glasses elsewhere. The ParkingGetting in is horrendous. Don't jack your axle on the medians... hard to do a U-turn near here, too. Parking is meh, generally, you have to park in the back. Employees always take the best spaces up front, probably because they want to drive the hell outta there when their shift is done.The TruthI recommend just finding a really good eye doctor and don't worry about these chains. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. I had broken glasses and was assisted right away. I will definitely come back whenever I need a new pair of glasses.

Do not go here! I spent almost three hundred dollars overall and I have one pair of glasses that took me 4 months to get used to and another pair that makes me light headed. I told them to change the prescription to match the pair that my eyes have gotten used to. That seems simple enough right? They charged me 30 dollars to have it done and they still make me feel light headed if I try to wear them. Something is not right about that, yeah pretty much all of it. I have wasted so much time with them and so many trips to this awful place where the people are rude and nothing gets done correctly. At this point I think I will just cut my losses and never go back. If I were in your shoes and needed glasses I would not go here. It is a big waste of time and money,

We just move to the area from AZ . My son’s glasses broke he was in a dire need to have he’s glasses repaired. The reps at the shop found a $0.00 cost solution. They Were able to cut the Lens of his aviator glasses and fit them into another frame they had available from a previous customer. Many thanks, you guys are amazing thank you for helping my son out.❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have always liked going to this location. Theresa and Alex are wonderful. However after today I will not ever return. BUD was extremly rude and if it weren't for my son's broken glasses I would have not gone back in. I have never been treated with such disrespect and harsh words by just walking through the door. Then will being waited on by another employee he kept glaring at my son and I. So

I went to eye glass world on McKnight because I gave up on looking for my misplaced glasses after not being able to find them and being without them for a week, and they were seriously the best for my situation. I was in and out so fast, they were understanding that I had to get to work and was already going in later than normal. I left with new glasses 15 minutes after picking frames. They definitely won me over and that’s where I’ll go from now on. Prices were decent

We were from out of town and had an broken eyeglass emergency. From the first phone call to when Bud fixed the broken glasses, everyone was courteous and quick to help. I give them five stars.

Good customer care and service. Protocols for coronavirus are followed. They are well-organized, efficient, and I love my eyeglasses. A good team of people serving their customers well. I recommend this Eyeglass World location on McKnight Road.

My sons glasses broke. I called and spoke with Lori. Even though they are closed, she waS super nice and helpful. made my son a new pair based on his info already on file and shipped them same day. I received them the next day. much praise to you Lori for your great service! and I won't forgot Bob assisted too. thanks a million!!

Broke my glasses and was wearing my “safety glasses” from work. Went in and Bud and everyone helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses and had me out a.s.a.p!!! Thank you everyone. I didn’t have to wear “safety glasses” to the game. Great selection and WONDERFUL customer service!!!!

Every time I come to this store I leave feeling happy and confident. The Doctor is thorough and the staff cheerful and very helpful. There is also a wide variety of frames, including stylish sunglasses to choose from. The sales associate was also helpful in figuring out what frames my insurance covered, I was thankful for the guidance!
