Absolutely horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered popcorn for Church movie night. It has now been out for delivery then rescheduled for the next day 18 TIMES! Customer service supervisor cannot even contact the DC in South Point Ohio! Now I have ANOTHER package (both from Walmart) delayed as well! 6 times for this one, so far.

I was supposed to have my package in 3 days. It been almost a month. When i called to find out what was going on the lady was very rude. The package was at my local fedex warehouse. As retaliation they sent it to several other states to make it take longer. I am still waiting on the package. I will probably never get it now

This company don’t care about your package. They can drop it on the middle of the road even rain or snowing. Careless delivery. Many time damaged packages. I would never use FedEx for my business.

When it absolutely, positively, won’t be there when they have promised it.
Every recent package has missed the promised delivery date by at least 24 hours including those were it was required to have a person over 21 stay home to receive the package. They missed the delivery window by 48 hours without communication or compensation for my time as if it was of no value.
I don’t think they have recovered from losing Chuck Noland.

One of the absolute worst customer service wise and delivery. My package is late and no one can give me a date or tell me what the situation with it is. I asked to speak to someone who had knowledge of a situation because the woman on the phone kept telling me she did not know. Then was extremely rude to me and hung up stating she gave me the info and that she was done with phone call. I informed her what I was told prior and I was told she , again, couldn’t help me. Then I again asked to speak to someone who could. Do better FedEx. I’m disappointed and disgusted at the same time.

Beware!!! My delivery was posted to deliver every day for 6 days. Still waiting. Virtual assistant no help. Now mailing 7 emails to corporate although I don’t expect any changes.

Ordered a computer on Nov 25, still hasn't arrived..tracking has it going between greenwood indiana to Indianapolis..it's went back and forth like 10 times...and they threw in several weather delays and that's a bold face lie. Delivery date has changed like 7 times...can't get any answer from no one...I'm submitting a complaint to the BBB.

Fedex ground appears to be a shell company. There are a lot of trucks and uniforms and buildings with Fedex ground printed on them, but I don't see any evidence of even one employee. Im curious to know whats going on at 1000 Fedex dr in Moon Township Pennsylvania. When I google it it shows mainly just parking lot pictures. The phone number goes to Fedex legal dept in Memphis which is not the same company as Fedex ground. The lady at that number gave me a 412 area code number that just goes to voicemail. It's really suspicious to me.

Everytime I get a delivery from Fed Ex they leave the package at the bottom of my driveway in the street. Too lazy to put it in front of the garage

HEY FEDEX CORPORATE OFFICE IN PITTSBURGH! If you're reading this, please send help to the McCook terminal. And when you do, please let it be a surprise because Jose and Steve like to coach the managers on what to say and what not to say. The district told them to stop running extra packages through the sort, but they choose to do it anyway as if no one is going to notice. And on top of all that, they choose to send 1/3 of the crew home leaving only a skeleton crew to unload all the packages, which makes dispatch time late. And on other days there's a full crew with light work, and they still can't get done on time. Can someone explain why it takes until 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. to unload 20k packages? And can someone also explain why the trailers from Indiana are always late on Fridays? And can someone further explain what is the purpose of CPC? Other than annoying the drivers and making their day worse. All they do is lie to the drivers and the customers. A customer could cancel a delivery and CPC will send the driver anyway. When you do send help, help the Bedford Park hub as well and have a chat with Derek at CPC.

They provide no customer service what so ever.
Called in and the rep was only able to repeat what I can see online my self, and before I forget, Also she was able to feel along with me and that's it.

The Austell Ga location lost my package. I was given four different delivery times and dates. I called and spoke to Victor (supervisor) how was no help at all. I don't know why Staples would ship though Fedex. I watched I package for days. The tracking was horrible from the very beginning.

I am a cancer patient and have major mobility issues. I am sooooo sick of my packages being left where I can not get to them. There are not one but two signs in front of my house. There are driver instructions on my account. I have called more times than I can count and STILL two days in a row my packages again are left in front of my garage. There is literally a yard sign right next to the garage in big red letters asking that no packages be left there. And over and over and over this happens. I sometimes have to order something from a food delivery service and then pay the driver to bring my packages up to me because I live alone. DO BETTER!!! I order things online because I physically can not go and shop so I depend on your service. I wish there was a way to know if items will ship via FedEx or UPS because I would only order what UPS delivers. They never do this. Completely frustrating.
