  My daughter had her car towed there (2 miles away). They charged her $800 in administrative fees! For WHAT? This is completely unacceptable. Since she was young and confused, they took complete advantage of her.

  Garzony's Auto Inc. is completely unethical and deceptive! My car was in working order when I left it at their shop, but after their so-called “repair,” it’s now completely unusable. To make matters worse, they towed my car without my consent and dumped it at my daughter’s workplace—where it has been left stranded ever since. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s shady and unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your car in worse condition than when you brought it in!

  I appreciate Zack’s constant communication and upfront honesty. It’s great to have a shop in my backyard I know will get the job done right-thanks again for everything! Been coming for a couple of years-small things oil change/brakes/inspection this was a bigger job-belts/spark plugs/water filter/oil/inspection-will be back for anything thing else in the future.

  Their towtruck drivers need to go back to school to read road signs. The truck was in the right turning lane but decided to go straight almost hitting me. Luckily I was paying attention or they would be replacing my new car.

  Horrible customer service. The shop does not take any form of appointments and the service over the phone is anything but friendly. Terrible way to run a business. Did not seem to care about me wanting to take business elsewhere either.

  Went in for fog lights to get rewired after being told they only have vehicles for 3 days. They installed a door lock actuator that I had also asked to have done but didn’t fix the fog lights or the annoying ding(though on the bill it claims they did) the actuator cost$65, they charged me $290+ for a 1 maybe 2 hour job and had it for over a week. To top that off shortly after getting my car back the grill fell out and ripped out one of my fog light wires as well as completely destroyed they grill. The one guys very inpersonable over the phone and I went in there almost every other day to get some info on price and when my vehicle will be done. They are just as bad as Firestone. Do. Not. Go. Here. They don’t know what they’re doing and they charge organ prices.
