The staff there helped me as one let me use his phone bc I locked the keys in my truck and they waited with while I waited for my son to come to unlock the doors. Fantastic staff and really appreciate their kindness.

I’ve had the magic shine package for almost a year and the attendant Nick has been very kind and professional in answering any questions or concerns i’ve had. The management is doing well here, and the packages are well priced. If you want a wash, University Mr. Magic is a trusted place.

There's always something that isn't working right in the automatic washer, and my car is never fully clean. Staff seem nice enough, wish the company kept up with the equipment better. Free vacuums are nice enough, but usually a few or more not working at all, stopped up, or have big cracks in the tubes

My service has been excellent with the Moon Twp. Location. The employees go over and above. My problem was with customer service.
Let me start by saying we only use there service June through December. I restarted our membership in July this year. I called into their customer service, I choose the membership that I wanted and updated credit card. I did 3 washes with out a problem, on the 4 th wash it threw a code at the car wash that my information needed up dated and to sign into there app and update. The attendant comped me a car wash which I thought was very nice of him.
After numerous tries on their I called into customer service customer service and left a message, I waited 2 days for a call back. I spoke to a service and explained why I was calling and she informed me that they no longer have an app and then that my credit card had expired. I was holding the card in my had and informed her that my card was good through 2028. The service rep got very argumentative. I asked if I could please speak to a manager, that was when she hung up.
At this point I feel it is there lose. We have 8 vehicles, 2 of which we had monthly contracts on and the others were just as needed service.

They won’t cancel my membership when I put multiple requests in. Sometimes there’s no vacuums on half of the vacuum spots. This place is a scam.

I have been using Mr. Magic regularly for the past three years. The car mat wash is an additional feature that Mod Wash does not have.
