After 50 years of patronage at this location the owner refused to let me stay with my car during the inspection, even though I planned to sit outside out of the way. The friendship dissolved after I was told they felt "intimidated" to have me on the location when the routine inspection of my car took place. I never interfered or offered comments during any of the many visits for inspections or service. So I don't know from where this suggestion came. I have been a kind, loyal, and understanding patron and friend for years and feel this was a rude and insensitive request since it is difficult to make two trips to drop off and pick up my vehicle. One trip at my age would be better for me. My children live an hour away and can't do two trips conveniently either. I felt we had a friendship after knowing the original owner. And now the owner, Bill and his son, whom I had both in my high school classes. I will never return and advise my family and friends to do the same. I have found a new welcoming location for all of my services.

Cool, quick, reasonable, and did a little extra for me. Usually during an inspection you be expecting something extra in the cost, but everything went well. Definitely think I found my go to guys.

Definitely will return if I need any car repairs. I was frantic Friday afternoon. I had a nail in my tire and losing air, pulled in at about 2:45pm and the owner was very pleasant and willing to fix my tire. It took less than 10 minutes. I was so impressed!! This is a family owned business, 3 generations. I would recommend Graff's to everyone!
