Just purchased my 2020 corolla from Sean and Tammy. They are friendly and helpful making my purchase a breeze. Most importantly I feel comfortable as wasn’t pressured to purchase any add-on warranties etc. I was pleasantly surprised when they delivered my corolla fully detailed.I highly recommend purchasing from them.

Bought a car off these people without the memory chip for navigation and radio. When the purchase was complete they were ordering one for the vehicle. Never received it after numerous calls. Then the salesman was no longer there. Talked to manager to no avail. At this point they wanted to know if I had it in writing!!! Don't buy from this place. Still no radio ,so ridiculous. (Update 7-10,2023) So Kim replied from Hertz she would look into this matter. NOTHING!! Over a month since last post....

From the other reviews it seems like it's a hit or miss. But I had a hit with my auto purchase. Great price and the vehicle was clean. Took it to a mechanic for a full inspection, and the vehicle is in great condition. Salesman was not pushy, and the finance manager is friendly and patient. Though they are understaffed like all Hertz locations.

We bought a car there and everything seems to go OK although they don't have the best customer relations things were fine..... Until they misfiled the paperwork and now our registration and title are incorrect and it seems that is going to be quite a problem to correct it .Additional review... It's been over a month now I finally have the mid Atlantic manager working on it maybe there's an end in sight.... November 17th still no end in sight everybody is blaming everybody else and nobody wants to take responsibility.. Mid atlantic manager has been no help despite his claims of doing so. And a bonus is that the show room is filthy

I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed with my purchase that i took it back the next day. I bought this car as you can see in the first picture with no paint pealing. Took it to get washed and cleaned up even after i was assured it was detailed and the paint bubbles. I found chips in the glass and Cheetos in the back seat as well as stains a wrench, 2 bolts. I took it back to the dealer same day and the salesman popped the bubble on the hood that had formed and seen how much it was chipped. He said they would take care of it and I said I would need a rental car given that I didn’t have any other transportation. He showed me the next day it would be taken care of, and he will call me in the morning which he did to let me know that they could not give me a rental car or a loaner car while these things were being fixed, and with my research, I seen that most of the hon, dies in the color white. Had this chipping problem that eventually extended all the way to the roof. When I told them, I wanted to do a buyback they didn’t even try to get me into another car, even by shifting some prices around to keep my business. I would never buy from here again and it’s unfortunate because I had my father and my husband that were going to buy from here as well. Whoever details, these cars needs to be fired and the fact that Hertz doesn’t have any rentals is unheard of.

I'd give a negative one (-1) star if it were an option... Just a bad and annoying experience all around! First our experience started with a phone call the to the dealer inquiring if the car of interest was on the lot on 10/20 we made an appointment the the next morning 10/21 for 10am when the dealer opened. We explained that we'd be driving in from Cleveland, Ohio. Upon arrival we were told that the car was not on the lot and that "someone" took it "somewhere". The salesman couldn't or WOULDN'T answer any questions as to where the vehicle went or when it would be back. Is something was wrong and will be back on the lot in the near future, today, I exclaimed. He then preceeded to blame us for being 20 minutes late. But only after stating they took the car off the lot the day before (10/20). Admittedly we were late but it is my theory that the car was never on the lot at any point. If the car was gone regardless of if we were late or not why wouldn't you have called as a professional courtesy and told us before we made a near 2 hour drive. Moreover, this incompetent sales man attemptemted to rush and "shoo" us off by asking ridiculous questions, he stated there were no other cars on the lot aand then kept telling us estimated payment for the imaginary car that we came to see, really tho ??. After all every online car website can give a reasonable payment "estimate." WE have cash Sir and are qualified to finance just the same. But you would've never know because it seems you didn't want to deal with people of or persuasion or how about just make a sale for the day. A trained and respected sales person myself I recognized this behavior as profiling. Or worse just plain ol' Untrained, Unprofessional, Unethical...

all within the same day of purchasing this vehicle, that they promised was detailed and good, I found bubbled paint that was chipping away as I drove also tons of garbage and food, as well as a wrench in the backseat, stains all over the seat and sticky stuff all over the dashboard and back handles. They were unwilling to work with me to get me a rental or a new car to keep my business.

Everything was all good while I was buying the car but since they have improperly registered and titled my car I have been trying for over a month to get that corrected the sales manager never returns phone calls I keep calling and hes assured me hes doing something but he hasn't I finally worked my way up to the regional sales manager and maybe hes finally doing something..maybe.. He was the 1st one to finally return a phone call so there is hope.

We purchased a car from here a few years ago without any issues. But we tried to purchase another car from them recently, and it was easily the worst buying experience we've ever had. We met with a salesperson, test drove a car, and started the paperwork. The car was new on the lot, so it needed to be inspected and detailed before they sold it, which was fine. We were in contact with the salesperson over the week as we waiting for the car to be ready. We were told a day to come in to buy it, and we took the day off work and came in. The salesperson was not there. The car had not been detailed, and there were no keys for the car anywhere. No one could find the keys. After waiting for over an hour, no one was able to help. One salesperson said, "I guess these things happen." And the next day the original salesperson called about the "mixup" and couldn't seem to understand why we would go somewhere else to buy a car. Just incompetency all around.

Luke was great to work with! It was my sons first car purchase and Luke and the team made it so easy for us. He listened to what we were looking for and helped get my son into a new Jeep! 5/5 would definitely recommend Luke and Hertz car sales!

They did no walk around of the entire vehicle or anything. The rental car Is filled with dents and scratches all the way around and even inside the door. The car was dirty like they didn't even clean It. Cup holders are sticky. I had to take video proof of all these scratches so I don't get charged for them when I didn't do it. The car stunk. Like come on. Had to spray the car so it didn't stink. The people though were nice. But had no idea what I was asking. They wanted my payment on a credit card. I wanted debit. Took 10 minutes for us all to get on the same page with it.
