Possibly the worst, most incompetently managed place I've ever visited. Get your act together

I have been to many shows here over the years. The shows are always enjoyable, but parking has become a joke. The staff do not seem to know what they are doing. If you want to have a decent experience getting in or out you have to arrive early and leave early. The staff closes lots before full, and there are not enough staff to adequately to meet the demand.

Will definitely go back! Amazing staff, clean venue for what it is, well ventilated and open, many options on food and drinks, I like that there’s room behind the seats to walk around near the food areas with different things to do! Great job guys!

crawling with police writing $500 disorderly conduct tickets for people smoking pot at a dirty heads concert. they made $1500 off of 1 joint and were steady ejecting ppl out of the gate for it, all with infractions. what a racket the police and pavilion center have worked out!!! We wont return.

We will definitely go back! No issues with parking and we arrived around 5:30. The staff was friendly and the concert (Thomas Rhett) was awesome!!!!

Horrid parking is this places legacy even when you buy premier. Rude rude staff. Filthy everywhere. Only thing they seem to be focused on doing right is pouring booze.

The traffic and the parking attendants were horrible on June 7th, I know there will be a wait to get in and out, but they did a horrible job. They brought someone in from Chicago to handle the parking lots that night and that was a horrible idea. I was involved in an auto accident that night. They had me come out of parking lot from the side and right into stand still traffic. The accident could have been avoided if they had someone there who knew what they were doing. i am very upset and I am filling a complaint.

If I could give 0 I would. Went to see Luke Bryan and sat in over 3 hours of traffic because they do not know how to park people. Ended up missing the first two acts and walked in the venue as Luke was coming on stage. Complete waste of a lot of money.

I purchased 3 tickets to see Lynyrd Skynyrd on August 25. We waited 2 hours and 45 minutes, and 1.5 miles in traffic just to get into the parking lot. Once getting into the parking lot, it took another 20 minutes to park. We did not get into the event until 8:50pm, missing the first three performances and being 3 hours late. By the time we made it to our seats, Lynyrd Skynyrd was just getting on stage. The staff in the parking lot, while trying to be helpful, did not appear t
