Off The Hook Exotics Pet Shop is a fantastic and fun place to shop for pet needs. It is family owned and operated, with incredibly nice, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is very caring towards all their animals, eager to answer questions, and willing to help with any issues. They provide honest answers and are educational, teaching customers about exotic pets without making them feel stupid. The shop is known for its clean tanks and cages. Customers report having healthy, beautiful pets from here. Services include boarding for reptiles, with good care provided. It is a great place to walk in and see everything. Many customers state they will not go anywhere else, will always buy from here, and look forward to coming back soon.

I came in asking questions about my daughter gecko. Got honest answers and went back and they set my home for the gecko. Fantastic shop won't go anywhere again. My daughter is already planing her next pet and we look forward to coming back soon!
