Everyone is very caring towards all their animals, eager to answer questions, and willing to help with any issues. They provide honest answers and are educational, teaching customers about exotic pets without making them feel stupid. The shop is known for its clean tanks and cages. Customers report having healthy, beautiful pets from here. Services include boarding for reptiles, with good care provided. It is a great place to walk in and see everything. i bought my first gecko 03/20/26 and i was so happy. i know nothing about reptiles and every question i asked they answered and gave me everything i needed to make my Casper girl happy and comfortable. definitely recommend and will forever go back there!
