Avoid this place, they don't know what they're doing and will mess up your test! They are a bunch of nonsense people, not knowledgeable.

Quest is fast and easy!! I received the results very quickly. The person who drew my blood (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was very friendly, quick & painless! I will definitely be using Quest again for my bloodwork! Thank you!

The tech that did blood draw was great. However, a new girl was acting like she was the boss of the 2 regular techs. The place was tore apart. I question the cleanliness of the facility. The computer system was down and I had to go back home for my paper script. There should be a way scheduling can relay a down computer system at the blood draw offices! Oh yes, I had to go down the hall for urine test as the bathroom was NOT functional!

I always have a great experience at this Quest location. The phlebotomists are top notch, and even though I’m a tough stick, they get blood in one shot, every time.

I went right after my doctors appointment and signed in at the kiosk. It offered my an appointment time so I took it. I took a picture of my confirmation screen and went to wait in my car. I never got a text so I went in 10 minutes before like they recommend. I never got called so I tried speaking with someone who got very nasty with me. I just wanted to know if my appointment went through. They asked if I had a picture of my confirmation and I replied that I did. They shut the door before I could show them my screen. Someone else came out and told me that I couldn’t have been waiting an hour. I said I waited in my car and they said that they had nothing under my name. They shut the door and left it at that.
They were absolutely horrible. The waiting room was full and they insinuated that I lied about waiting an hour. It was all very unprofessional. I went to the Wexford location the next day and had a MUCH better experience, no complaints.

My highest complements for the professionalism of the phlebotomist who attended to me this visit.

Super nice and super patient employees here. Brandy kept her cool as I about lost mine. Issues with our electronic script had me so upset but Brandy did everything she could to make sure we got that script straightened out. This is the first time I’ve ever had someone go so far out of their way and so patiently explain everything so next time will go smoothly.

People are very rude here. Quest diagnostics ads are very deceiving. They won’t consider a small request. I don’t want to go here again. They literally made me cry. I would suggest not going here if you are emotional or pregnant.

If I could give this location -5 stars I would. I had an appointment for 9am, and I checked in 10 minutes early. When I was called back, the woman didn’t introduce herself to me, and was not wearing a name tag (that I could see). She asked what I was having done today, I told her drug screening and bloodwork for a job. Before I could get the words out for the bloodwork portion, she cut me off and very rudely said “ we don’t start drug screening until 10am, your appointment is for 9am. It’s posted on the website and the door.” I proceeded to show her my appointment in my phone, and how I set up the appointment, there is 1, no option to specifically choose the things needed at the appointment, and 2, it says absolutely nowhere that drug screening doesn’t start until 10am. I made this appointment on a computer as well - so being on my phone had nothing to do with not seeing this information. She showed me her computer screen, but it showed nowhere on there that drug screening doesn’t start until 10am either… not that I don’t believe her, but it’s just not available for patients to see and understand. So, I asked if I could be a walk in at 10am, she then told me that they are short staffed and have multiple patients an hour, so essentially I wouldn’t be taken as a walk in. She then took my paperwork for the bloodwork, looked at it for a moment and said she couldn’t do anything with it. I just said “okay, I’ll just take the papers back and leave, since I can’t get anything done here today” and she then took them to the other tech there, and the other tech showed her how to correctly put them into the computer, to order and do my bloodwork the way it needed done. I really need these things today for my job, so I proceeded and just didn’t say anything as she collected my bloodwork. I’m a registered nurse, and I worked in the emergency department during COVID in triage, with patients in the waiting room for up to 20+ hours. With all of the frustration and struggle of the job - including being the ultimate definition of short staffed - I have never, and will never, treat a patient as terrible as this woman treated me. I actually left the location crying - which takes a lot. Regardless of being short staffed, and being stressed, there is absolutely no reason to treat a person the way I was treated today. I have always gone to the Moon, PA location for Quest, I can 100% guarantee I will NEVER be back. Truly just a disappointment, and the website needs to be fixed clearly if scheduling is truly that way.
