The worst delivery company ever. I'd give 0 if I could. Paid $300 for shipping for a go kart and they refuse to bring it to my home once again. Last time, the scratched my car putting a 4- wheeler in the back of my car after demanding I go meet them to get my product. They need new management and drivers who know what they are doing!

He helped me get my new chair unlocked and inspected for damage and then he was on his way

Great experience, I was able to call dispatch the day of the delivery, they were very friendly and helpful, gave me a 2 hour window and delivered as promised. The driver patiently waited until I unboxed the shipment (to ensure there was no damage) and all was well.

DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY!!! YOU WILL MOST CERTAINLY REGRET IT!They called and scheduled my delivery window if 10a-4p, which is absurd to begin with. I had to take the day off in order to receive it. The delivery DID NOT come. When I called about it, they said I was not on the delivery fir the day? They informed me that it was a scheduling error. No apologies, no we are sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing.DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY!!! They also have the WORST customer service EVER!!! HANDS DOWN!!!

Dispatch called to give us a window from 10am - 2pm. Driver called at 1:45pm to tell me he would arrive between 3:30-3:45pm. Finally arrived at 4:45pm. I asked if he could get the pallet into my garage just up the driveway and he stated he was ‘rushed’ and only had to do curbside. After bringing the pallet up the driveway, he then needed help to get the broken pallet off his electric pallet mover. Not a fan of having my day poorly scheduled on a work week. Driver was not unprofessional, but the ‘curbside policy’ is not customer oriented. Broken pallet also resulted in bent packaging; hopefully, the products are not damaged.

0/10: Absolutely unprofessional and disorganized. Driver was extremely abrasive when he called for directions (prominent building, within a central city district…GPS???) Upon greeting the female staff at pick-up, he switched into creepy pleasant mode and made inappropriate insinuations to staff members. Their office also called earlier in the week to ask if the thing they *delivered* with a pallet truck would need to be *picked up* with a pallet truck.

My friend ordered some tires. He got a call saying they could not locate his house. He gave them my address and this is where they left them! As of there was no more space in front of the door! Meanwhile I’m pregnant and can’t move them! So unprofessional!!!!

I would give this company negative stars if I could. In my first experience with this company, they gave me a 4 hour window for a couch I had being delivered. After I took off work and waited all day it never showed until 10:30 pm at night. Then they just left it in my driveway, in the rain. The box was massive and heavy. In the second delivery I was told the item was on a semi truck. I explained where I lived and that I had furniture delivered in the past on one of these trucks and it was not an issue. The guy delivering this item refused to deliver to my house and made me meet him at a pizza place off the highway to get my package, I guess it’s a good thing I had a truck, straps and a ramp to get the package off of my own truck to be taken into my house.

I ordered 4 items totaling 2300.00 from a company and they were shipped through R & L carriers. They delivered 1 carton from the 4 and lost the other 3 cartons and told me that I received them all. There was only one box on the truck when they uploaded, they don't seem to care about my other 3 packages and are not willing to try and locate them after I contacted them 3 times!
