1st of all its Sheraton...nice but a little dated. Sheraton use to be the gold standard in hotels. No microwave in room or on the floors. Honestly, idk why hotels do that. Who wants to come all the way down to the front desk to warm up a few leftovers, or a cup of coffee? I can understand not in the rooms, but at least on each floor. The shuttle has odd operation hours, 7a-11a stops, then picks up again 4pm, and the lounge was off limits and I'm TITANIUM ELITE. Tried not to take it personal. The hotel is about 10min from the airport. The water was hot and the water pressure was good. Comfortable beds, clocks have wrong time and no alarm, but everything else was Ok. I guess I'm from the time when CUSTOMER SERVICE was a real thing and I keep looking for it. Nevertheless, thank you for the opportunity to give my 2cents.

Great proximity to the PIT Airport but that's about it. Biggest thing is... BUGS. I had 7 big flies dead in the room, and i added to the total having to smash another on the wall with my sandal. Rooms were old and not clean whatsoever. Looks like they made the bed, put the tv remote in the plastic bag, and that's about it. Beds are old, which isn't always bad, but paired with super flat pillows that were yellow that's not acceptable. Added bonus was the weird relay thing on the door. I have pictures of each and every fly for your convenience. I will not stay at this hotel ever again. Hotel staff were nice, it's not their fault. Cleaners on the other hand..

Went here for a conference, did not stay the night, meeting rooms only. Good location, easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful in finding the meeting room location. Very clean.

Basic hotel, without much to expect from. Its only redeeming quality is the relative proximity to the Pittsburgh airport. The service is not particularly good - that semi-dismissive/semi-bored attitude of the staff that you encounter in many hospitality places in the United States. The rooms are a good size, albeit a bit old; the bed is comfortable, but the pillows are extremely soft and hard to sleep on (I used three to be comfortable). The room temperature was very hard to adjust, so I ended up in a relatively cold room on a very cold winter night. The shower pressure is good, although the water volume is shared between the shower and the bathtub faucet, so you don't get the full water stream to go to you shower. Amenities are basic, shower gel, shampoo, etc. in refillable bottles. Mine were half empty, and the shampoo bottle probably also contained shower gel. ? Cleanliness is not quite there (I found hair that was clearly not mine in the tub as I was using the shower). The breakfast buffet is the exact same quality as any free breakfast buffet at a lower brand Bonvoy network properties in the US, but here they charge you a significant amount for it.All in all, don't expect too much, as I was saying in the beginning.

If I could leave a zero I absolutely would. We came here to relax for a few days because I had just got out of Presby hospital our first night there we had to move rooms twice because the walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors talking until 2 am then the next room we got was right by the fan on the roof and was so loud. Then on our second day we found out they charged our card twice and they couldn't figure out why there was 2 different charges on our card because there was no record of it.. the front desk said they might of been temporary holds but she isn't sure why they were put on there but the final straw was they fact they had a party going on In their banquet room and we could hear the bass and music bumping all night I thought by 11 it would be done i was wrong..I called the front desk and he said it was to continue until 1 am!! Like what! People are there to relax and sleep. We were so fed up at this point we checked out of our room at 1130 pm because we couldn't believe this establishment is ran like this. I took a loss on 141 dollar room just to get out of there and be able to rest. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE!! We will never stay at another Sheraton Hotel again!

Sheraton hotels are usually pretty decent. This one has a Cafe that looks nice...but disappointingly was already closed when I checked in. But if you are a Marriott Platinum member like I am you get access to the Club level which has complementary snacks and drinks, and the desk clerk assured me that thankfully it was accessible 24 hours so at least I could get a little something to eat since the restaurant was closed.Yeah...not so much. The Club was locked up and dark and my key card wouldn't open it. When I went back down to ask I was told by a second staffer that nope - Club access is even more limited than the hypothetical Cafe. He even sounded semi-sincere when he shrugged his "Sorry for the inconvenience."Yeah, getting hosed out of all of the food amenities and going to bed hungry IS pretty inconvenient. So 2 of the 3 reasons I booked at the Sheraton were a bust, but at least they have an airport shuttle.Eh...not so fast.Apparently about 6 months ago this particular location dialed back their shuttle service, and now there's a giant FIVE HOUR hole right smack in the middle of the day 11am-4pm when they just don't bother to run it. I honestly thought I misunderstood, because who would intentionally do something that absurd? But hey, at least the room was almost clean and the bathroom vent fan THAT YOU CAN'T SHUT OFF was *almost* quiet enough to allow me to sleep. And the weather was too cold for the leak-stained ceiling to drip on me!Of course none of this is really the staff's fault. Like most such failures, this stuff lands squarely on management and the owners. This sort of chintzy 'save-a-buck-and-quality-be-damned' philosophy always starts at the top. And honestly, I only had to suffer through 1 night here. The poor staff have to work here - and for managers like that - every day! That has to be demoralizing. The moral of this story is DO NOT STAY HERE. If you're familiar with Sheraton hotels you will be gravely disappointed at this substandard representation. If this was your first initiation to a Sheraton you wouldn't stay at another.Food & drinks: All closed

The stuff just smiles nice , but the in reality is lies has no end . I wasn't picked up from the airport after I called the front desk. The told me I will be picked up, was waiting almost an hour called back and they were telling me that the shuttle was there 2 times and the shuttle is not running after 11am ( at hotel is sign that shuttle running from 9am to 4pm). We were there 3 people at the door #8 that they told to wait there. So anyway I had to get an Uber to get to the hotel. Be careful with this place.

I would give a negative star if I can. Stayed here and arrived at the hotel around 450PM. At 550 i started getting ready for bed because I had to leave early. I find out the sheets were not changed. Called the front desk for sheets to be change at 6:10 pm. Waited waited waited. 630pm front desk calls and let me know they are on their way. Waited waited waited... called front desk at 6:50pm and spoke to shannin, again to ask if they are coming.. she said theyre on their way. Its now 7:05 and still no housekeeping to change stained and dirty sheets with hair and unknown particles. Ugh!!! What kind if hotel is this. Yuck. Their housekeeping sucks!
