It was my first time getting a haircut here and had the worst experience. Jessica had no idea how to cut my hair and kept questioning my hairstyle. She had terrible customer service and attitude. The haircut was rushed and was not what I expected.

Friendly greeting, felt very welcome, conversation was good, haircut was great, I would highly recommend Kara. This was my first time here, and I will definitely go back again. Thank you Sports Clips, I enjoyed my visit!

I had haircut with Cherry. She was Arrogant and didn’t even had a bit of patience. I was completely disappointed with her behavior and expressions during haircut. I am not going back to here for my next haircut for damn sure. She even charged extra 10$ for detailing my haircut but she was keeping on getting arrogant when I am telling how to detail my hair during cut. Oh my god I don't want to sit on that kind of stylist chair in future.

Since allowing us to que up from it has made the getting in the door process so much faster and organized. Forgot to mention this, but they have a great staff that's always doing their best to make sure you have what we need :)

Used the app to schedule ahead, arrived early, waited over an hour+ when it said zero minute wait and my name was next on the board the whole time but people just walked in and passed right by me that were obviously regulars, with no help or questions from staff who were giving out discounts, I'm a military service member in uniform that just needed my head shaved. Typical sports clips, overpriced under deliver. Had to leave without a haircut. Will advise the base to avoid this spot in the future.

“Open” at 9 am Sunday. Door locked and lights off at 9:30. No answer on phone. Computer reservations were open at 9am. Now unavailable at 9:30. Guessing they had someone call off, but not terribly impressive for a business that verified its hours three weeks ago. I’d advise calling ahead, but that doesn’t seem to work either.

Signed in online with 0 min wait. Arrive at location to find there is a system issue. I decided to wait 20+ mins. Stylist took another customer pushig me to an additional 26+ mins
