Bob and Ellen are my favorite teachers. I have been enjoying this studio for over 20 years and I feel fabulous. Highly recommend. I started the beginner class to fix my plantar faciatis and it worked so well I couldn't stop. A+ Studio

No frills yoga as intended. Just a nice peaceful studio offering daily classes with knowledgable instruction.
