We had a very poor experience with getting a passport photo for our child. Our first interaction included a very snarky woman telling us they can’t take a passport photo of anyone under 2. When I said he was over two she asked if he can sit on a stool without falling off and when I said he could she was very rude and walked away. Then the employee very clearly was unable to assist us and told us he couldn’t process the application. Very poor customer service.

Fast service despite lots of customers. Employees were pleasant. Post office has a self service kiosk to print a shipping label if you don’t want to wait in line.

Edit: After speaking with someone at the office (who was very helpful), this is not an issue. I appreciate the assistance and ease of getting this resolved.
How many times do I have to ask your mail personnel to STOP stepping on my flower beds and use the gate? Absolutely disrespectful of peoples property.

So I am constantly having an issue with one of the mail carriers, that deliver to my location. For some reason that mail carrier doesn’t want to leave my packages at the location, due to it being in the open. I understand his concern, but I’ve stated many times the package can be left in front of door because, I have a ring camera, and someone is always home. Well I had this happen again, I went to this location, and the male supervisor there was so helpful, and amazing. He did everything to help me get my package, so I wouldn’t have to wait days. I appreciate him.

I visit this location several times a week. Tauren is awesome! The older guy too. I came into contact with a lady supervisor/manager once; she was terrible…grouchy full of attitude…but I haven’t seen her in a long time. But 99% of the time I have a pleasant experience. They’re very rigid/consistent with their pickup times which is great because I know what I’m gonna get. If the Dropbox in the lobby is jammed, it’s just full. You can drop off inside to the far right or you can try to ring the bell. Just let them know it’s jammed. Last Dropbox pickup is 5:30 M-F and 3:30 Saturdays. So if you get there at 5:45 go inside or else it won’t get picked up until the next day.

A car was parked about 12 feet from my mailbox this morning. I watched as the mail car angled up to mailbox with mail in hand, was a few inches out of reach of the box and drove off. It normally wouldn’t have bothered me if I wasn’t waiting on important mail to settle my recently deceased mothers estate.
