We have always loved this store as our go to when it comes to phone upgrades. Today was no different when we came in late in the day and John was able to assist us in finding exactly what we needed for my father. Excellent customer service while being very patient and understanding.

Sales associate LOGAN is amazing! He patiently answered all of our questions. He gave us some basic info on how the phone works. He even told us to come back if we have any additional questions. We left feeling very comfortable with our new phones.

Absolutely terrible. Wasted another 2 hours of my time after the Sewickley shop wasted a hour. Clueless people that couldn’t even tell me where I can go to buy a router.
Never met a business that have less knowledge or understanding of their product line or how to get help. At least the guy was nice. Just clueless

I had to be there just to get the new router and return the old one. The first time I was attended by a guy who was very rude. Didn't help me at all and handed me a Verizon number and asked to call customer service. The second time, another guy(Evan) was very kind and polite but because of technical issues he asked me to come the next day, he was out though. I went for the third time and was unfortunately attended by the same guy who attended me for the first time. Like the first experience this wasn't good either and he told me that he can't help, this location is just for accepting the equipment and can't help me beyond that. He didn't tell me the next step and I went out without knowing what next. I called the customer service and explained to them the whole experience and asked them to schedule an equipment pickup at the Sewickly office. I am not going to this location again.

Sat with them for literally over 8 hours and our next Verizon bill was full of mistakes and we got billed thousands of dollars incorrectly.
