Arrived around 06:30 and checked in at door 10. The process was quick and straightforward. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Yes I caught a flat on my way into appointment @ 7am got there around 14:00 they still took me in quick unloading and they was very nice and welcoming
