“Katelynn was extremely helpful in setting up my new iPhone 16. She even stayed over an HOUR late without complaint just so she could ensure it was all transferred over and working properly for me, despite having to navigate an entirely new system. She gave me tips on the new features and how it differed from the other models. And she was friendly and personable, conversing with me as we waited for the transfer to complete and truly showing she cared about my satisfaction and me, in general, as a person. 10/10 would recommend.
