Walked in to get medicine and they shut the door to go on break while I was standing there. Could have at least had the courtesy to explain why. Google research to find out they were going on break. Customers I guess don't matter.

Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. No one answered. Tried to call, no answer. If I didn't excuse myself at work just to acknowledge a new customer I would be fired. It cost nothing to acknowledge a customer and let them know you will be with them as soon as you can. Edit: a CUSTOMER finally came out to the LINE of cars to inform us there was an "emergency" and the pharmacy was abandoned. Not sure what the emergency was (hope everyone is okay) but leaving without securing the pharmacy and shutting down the drive thru is illegal and for none of the front workers to have addressed the situation....

It's the closest pharmacy to me. I should also say they've been great with offering free delivery locally during the pandemic.

One pharmacist is very rude. Literally hangs up on you, gets irritated about questions. Just really bad service from them.
