It offers equipment and free weights to work all muscle groups, and the space is not crowded, making it comfortable for members. The center also features a Silver Sneaker program, although the walking trail could be better maintained. Overall, it’s a great place for all fitness levels to start and enjoy their fitness journey.

Love this place. We use the Silver Sneaker pro gem. The staff is exceptional and so is the equipment and classes. The only thing that would make it better is if the walking trail was better maintained

Staff are amazing, exercise classes are fun and effective. Everything in the way of equipment/free weights to workout all muscle groups. I highly recommend it!

It is a new journey for me, my little baby steps are big for me. 1 mile is nothing for some but for me it's a very big accomplishment. I love going there the staff there are very helpful and it's not crowded, which is good for me! I won't go if it is because I feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend it.
