The Mill Stream Inn is a clean, quiet, and very dog-friendly hotel in Coudersport. The staff are consistently described as super friendly, warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuine, offering exceptional and unsurpassable customer service. The environment is extremely cozy and homey. Guests enjoy a comfortable stay with clean, large rooms and good, comfy beds. The lobby is cozy and features a cute little gift shop. Amenities include a 24/7 hot coffee and tea bar, along with free cookies, popcorn, water, ice, and fountain soda available at all hours. There is an outdoor area with a fire pit, and the WiFi is usable. The hotel is located on a major artery with beautiful roads nearby. Some notes are that the inn and some rooms can feel a bit dated, and the continental breakfast is frequently described as very Spartan, minimal, or weak. Occasional feedback mentions room cleaning or specific details like lighting could be better. Overall, it is considered a great, decent place to stay, where the heartfelt service outweighs any minor shortcomings.
I stayed here before the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly convenient for what we needed.

Decent inn. Comfy bed, large room.
Rooms: Rooms were large, bed was comfy. My only complaint is the Cool White light bulbs instead of soft white, was uncomfortable.
Nearby activities: Highly recommend the Stargazer tour that you can read about at the desk.

I love it so much I work there now. Extremely cozy, homey environment with free fountain soda, fresh popcorn and cookies daily along with continental breakfast and unsurpassable customer service. I know that a post from an employee may seem bias but I assure you it's not, it really is that nice.
