“This weekend, we were driving from Rochester NY to Charlotte NC. While in Mansfield, we hit a deer and our car was totalled. It was a scary situation in a completely unfamiliar area. Tammi and everyone at Matthews were the best thing that could have happened to us. Tammi went out of her way to think of different solutions to get us back home. Abby picked us up from Mansfield and was extremely kind! Our driver Joseph Girardi was a saint! He drove us 2 and a half hours to the airport so we could finally make it home. “It's amazing to know customer service is still alive and well. I'm a little upset I drove to Keyser ave in Scranton for my tag and title not knowing they do full tag and title.... I did at least get to make an appointment for my inspection and oil change after I was helped well over 15 minutes at no charge sorting out a license plate registration thin that they didn't even have a hand in. Kudos to the culture here. I look forward to ongoing services.”

“Went in for an oil change, was also recommended a break fluid flush. The staff was accommodating, communicative, and kind. I went back the next day because my E break light turned on and they looked over my entire break system at no cost to make sure everything was okay.
I highly recommend this location!”
