BNT handled our move with proficiency, professionalism and were extremely polite! They showed up on time, surveyed the furniture, boxes and heavy appliances then immediately got to work. Our team: MATTHEW, CHRIS, CARDWELL and TONY were the REAL deal!! They worked as a well-oiled machine displaying teamwork and precision in getting all our possessions out of the house, onto their truck and into the new house. Instead of just dumping our things just anywhere, they asked where we wanted things to be placed then placed it there. Because of a negative experience with a previous moving company, we were prepared to heavily scrutinize BNT, but were relieved when we saw they were seriously handling their business from start to finish. Nothing damaged. Nothing lost. Pricing was VERY reasonable!! When needed again, we will DEFINITELY use BNT!! No doubt about it! Thank you, BNT!!

We were able to get them to help move our family out to a new piece of land we bought. They showed up on time and were ready to work from the start. They even arranged a trailer to help with some of the larger equipment. Everything went great, would definitely recommend for anyone looking!

This company moved in my new neighbor and while pulling in, their truck knocked down the internet line to my house. When I went outside expecting an apology or at least an explanation, a crew member named Tony instead got aggressive and tried to blame me, saying the line was too low — as if I put it there or was driving the truck. When I explained that I rent here and had nothing to do with the line, his response was, “I didn’t hang the wire either.” His tone and body language were so hostile and confrontational that I was expecting it to turn physical.
There was no accountability, no professionalism. My fiancée called the company that day and never got a call back. I left a voicemail the next day asking to speak to a manager and never heard from anyone either. Reading other reviews, I’ve seen that Tony may actually be the owner, which makes the lack of professionalism even worse.
Thankfully, one other member of the crew did handle the situation with some composure and simply suggested we call Comcast to put the line back up — apparently this has “happened before.” The overall experience was alarming, unprofessional, and left me feeling unsafe ever dealing with this company. I would stay far away.
If you're looking for a moving company, I've used Northeastern Movers twice within the last year and a would happily use them again.

Today while moving my neighbors into their new place, BNT Movers hit the internet line while carelessly backing up their moving truck. The line became entangled around my vehicle and when it came down it left nicks on my car. Instead of taking accountability, Tony from the crew became aggressive and got in the face of my significant other.
Rather than apologizing or handling the situation professionally, they claimed that a residential parking lot should have signs for fourteen foot clearance. I have never heard of such a requirement in a residential area. This was simply another attempt to avoid responsibility.
The facts are that BNT Movers hit the internet line, the line damaged my car, and my significant other was treated with hostility. Not a single apology was given.
If you want to work with a company that shows accountability and treats people with respect, I recommend Northeastern Movers instead.

Great company, and great experience. Especially the 2 movers Rocky, and Chris. They were particularly careful with everything they did, yet fast enough to keep me in budget. They really put my mind at ease once I seen them in action. Nothing was damaged, and they were super helpful, and courteous when it came to setting stuff where I wanted it. I’ve used multiple moving companies in the past, but BNT by far has been the best experience. I would highly recommend using them for any type of move. Ask for Rocky and Chris to be on the crew! They’ll take care of your stuff as if it was their own!

These guys are great!! They moved a HUGE piece of furniture for us. It was no problem for them removing doors and obstacles out of the way; ensuring no damage was done. They are courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
