Matthews Collision Center was so easy to work with. Once I took the car for the estimate they took care of everything else! They were great to work with! I also rented my car through them which was taken care of through my insurance. The rental desk made all of the arrangements.
Matthews customer service is the best overall!

Rhonda kept me informed through the time I dropped my vehicle off to the time I picked it up. Josh was insurance inspector & he saw things with my truck even I couldn't see. This is our 3rd vehicle we have brought to the body shop. We have been very satisfied with our service each time .

Matthews took great care of me and my car. I wasn't supposed to get my vehicle in until June and they were able to squeeze me in on April 1rst. I would recommend this dealership. I listed my commuter car up for sale in Louisiana and we were contacted regarding the sale. The vehicle was not only purchased for only slightly less than my pay off, but someone came all the way from Pennsylvania to pick it up and complete the purchase. I was pleased with the amount paid and the customer service. I would use this dealership in the future should the opportunity arise.

this was our 3rd vehicle we purchased from Mia she was quick with all our needs and the car was ready for test drive when we got there even though she wasn't due to emergency.. she still made the transaction smooth quick and easy.. My son is so happy with his first car !
