They constantly run out of medications that I need filled and I hear the same complaint from every single person who has went there.
After a year, yes a full year waiting for one of my medications to be back in stock, I was informed today, after I called them to see why I’m still waiting, that “well they probably won’t get it ever again”.
Well, thanks for making me wait a year for nothing!
I’ve never seen such incompetence in my life! They should have their license to dispense medications revoked.

In one week, they screwed up twice. Once by transferring the wrong prescription for my partner, then by giving me a 20 instead of a 30 count allergy meds, even though I requested 30 count twice in the conversation. Check your bag before you leave. Deducted another star for employee sporting a political pin - unprofessional. However, all employees I've dealt with have been polite. Pharmacy door doesn't always open from the outside.

Since Ride Aid closed, I tried them first for my son meds. They didn’t have the meds and I had to drive to Scranton to CVS (nearest location). Today I went for my personal meds and they couldn’t locate my prescription that the doctor send to them. I had received confirmation on my end the doctor did send it. Even called the doctor office to send it again yet (they confirmed the exact time they had send it the first time which was one hour ago). Waited a bit and they still couldn’t track ir. Told them to give me their number and I’ll try coming back later. After 2 hours I called 4 times and they kept hanging up the phone. That’s the end of me trying to get meds from this pharmacy.

I would give this pharmacy a zero if I could. They rarely have the drugs you need on hand and when they don’t they want you to call other pharmacys for availability. Unbelievable.

The local RiteAid closed so I decided to have my prescriptions transferred here. I wanted to support local business. I recently went to the doctor and needed new meds filled, one was an antibiotic. My husband went to pick them up after the doctor sent them, and there was a long line. We do understand that since they are now taking on the customers from another pharmacy. He said when he got to the front of the line one of the girls was short and a bit rude. We both thought, well, it’s a lot to take on so give her a chance. The didn’t have the antibiotic. Said it will be there the next day. They stated that a lot of people are being prescribed this med. My husband said fine she will pick it up tomorrow. The next day I called first and the lady said it will be ready at 2pm. I waited till 3pm, stood in line patiently. When I got to the front there were two ladies. One was very nice and the other short and rude. They told me they ran out before mine was filled. I said it was ordered yesterday morning. She said yes but a lot of people are needing this med. I said we I was told twice it would be here, you do understand this is two days without important meds that I need? She said you do understand we ran out? I started to say did you not order 20% over what you need like you would to restock important highly sold items? However, I just said thank you, and went my merry way. I didn’t want to berate her, but her attitude sucks for working at a pharmacy that handles important items like meds. I ended up going to the pharmacy at the facility where my doctor is and they had it filled in 10 minutes. I will not be back. They have a long road ahead of them to try to meet the needs of the community. To the poor girl that was really nice, I pray for you, and please don’t let this change your kind attitude. To the other girl that was rude, you might want to find a job where you don’t have to talk to people.

Says open until 4PM on Sunday, I was here before 4PM and the Pharmacy was closed. I WILL BE MOVING ALL OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS (& I have many) TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY over the next few weeks.
This isn't the only issue, I was shorted 30 capsules a few months ago.
I also normally have to wait 15 - 30 Minutes /OR/ 1-4 Hours /Or/ 1-3 Days from when they tell me my prescription is ready. (So they tell me it's ready, I drive 25 minutes to get here, then they have me wait or send me away)

If you’re going to be closed on a holiday (Memorial Day), your app should not allow you to schedule a refill to be picked up in that holiday. I drove to the store for a medication I needed and the pharmacy was closed. Very frustrating.

This store has nice fresh produce and meats. Good bakery. Donuts are particularly delicious. Good prices. I think the deli has very good food. Helpful staff. Liquor store is well stocked. There is a nice sit down area.

The Locals are Trapped By Bill Brace's "SHOP RITE " store in Daleville / Moscow and surrounding areas. Certain Entities ( Speak Softly, Love) have Made it IMPOSSIBLE for Competition!! He doesn't care about the Local People. There have been times the 2 maybe 3 register's were Open On a SUNDAY or on a Senior Tuesday, oh and with that In mind YOU NOW Have to TELL THEM you ARE a SENIOR Citizen to get the Discount. You don't tell them TOUGH LUCK! The ShopRite "Savings card" yeah right , to load half the time THAT Kiosk doesn't work not to mention that what is Discounted YOU don't need any way! The Price Check machine by the Meat Section is ALWAYS OUT of Order. Oh and the Price Disparity Between his MNT POCONO Store and this one .... we wont go there Both are Gold Plated But Mnt. Pocono is astronomical. Oh and That store usually only has 1 Cashier on at ANY GIVEN Time. Cant keep, Steady Employees, and I hear managers complaining all the time, " I had 5 people call off today, We couldnt get hardly anything stocked. When its Quiting time the Managers RUN to the Door. You Dont see the Owner / KING downstairs working . His Father would have jumped in and Rolled up his sleeves. He will make an Occasional Appearance just to see why he is LOOSING Money. Dont care about the Local's Guess what Bill, KARMA is A B**** , HUH?

Awful customer service. Over the phone, employees are rude and short, they do not bother with manners. While in the store, shelf stockers wear headphones and ignore requests for help finding items.My brother used to work here, management accepts bare minimum mediocre work and does seek to improve the customer experience. Do not shop here.

Insane a company as big as ShopRite would let this continue on. Manager Fran there hits on young girls, hires only young girls, and continues to harass people without repercussions. Disgusting, don't give your money to any shoprites if they condone this behavior.

Scriptions are never ready on time,And staff has poor attitude.
