Just went today to this cricket and I’m mad disappointed with the customer service they have, there was two people at the front desk taking care of other two ladies one of them could’ve had help me but they decided to ignore me plus the other customer said “any of you guys can help them” but they just looked at me and said “it doesn’t matter we will be closing in 10 minutes” I’m never going back to this place again.

Don't bother. Customer service is seriously lacking. I'm unable to access my account and have been trying repeatedly for several days. I keep getting the same useless message "We are sending a code to you by text" but it never comes. Calling is a joke, everybody's too busy to pick up the phone and you sit through circular messages "Did you know you can set up auto pay?" even though I've had auto pay for years plus the other message is trying to sell you something through their App, App, App, APP, just a lot of nothing about nothing. Now I'll have to go spend a couple hours out of my life chasing them down, ridiculous.

WOW! The cricket guy today helped me so much! They always do at the Noblestown Rd store. He just knows everything and takes his time, is always polite and friendly and makes me feel very comfortable, and not stupid, even though I am definitely not tech savvy. I appreciate that I can just walk right in and get great service every time.

cricket is terrible.. every other dam day my phone says SOS.. i have to use my phone to clock in my job and cricket is legit costing me money to the point i want to sue... FUCK CRICKET!! they rob u and only give u 20 good days a month its a shame

After 2 days of trying to get a phone line cancelled off of my plan, I was in this store less than 15 minutes. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and polite and completed my transaction promptly. I wrote a terrible review yesterday of the other 3 stores/611 customer service line, so I wanted to write to say this is the store I'll be shopping in from now on.

Jacob and Joseph definitely know their stuff, when it comes to the newer technology of these phones.I have been to many different cricket stores, the reason I go to so many is because I'm treated poorly.I can't seem to find a store that has any sense or knowledge of the technology and let's not forget hospitality.I finally found the store for me. ?The Noblestown store definitely treats you the way a customer should be treated.They are very friendly with much hospitality.Here not only do you get service with a smile, they also help you save money and get you up and running in no time.They practice great business ethics, and treat their customers with respect.Thank you for the help gentlemen
