Not really sure what these people are praising the store about. I've walked in several times in fact very recently to find two gentleman standing behind the counter, doing absolutely nothing and unable to help me with a simple thing as a tire balance.
This has happened several times and every time they complain they don't have help
These guys are standing there doing nothing one guy sitting behind the counter, the other one standing there greeting customer as they walk in only not to do any business
I surely do not understand how the store stays in business and operate

I was very happy with the servicd at this shop and will definitely work with them in the future. They got me in for a same day inspection,
completed promptly, accommodated my schedule for picking up the vehicle, and completed the service at a price so low I was shocked. I will definitely deal with this shop in the future and would recommend them to others.

Made an appointment for today for 11am dropped my car off at 10:55am and was told it would take some time ok no problem I sent it here for front brakes and rotors I patiently waited for a call I even started to call the shop around 4pm I got no answer at 4:50pm I got a call (they close at 6pm on this date) he (nick) I believe was his name stated that he started to got the rotors on and started to put the brakes on when he noticed the right caliper was broken beyond repair and it would need replaced he gave me the new total I said ok he than stated that the part wouldn’t be in until Monday so I asked him can he just put my old parts back on and I can come get it bring it back Monday he said no because I have no brakes I stated I was able to stop when I brought it in there should be no reason I can’t pick it up even if I have it towed he said “ no I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do” 😳 #1 you waited until the last minute to inform me of this (making it impossible to get a tow truck in time)
#2 you hold my property hostage and refuse to give it back
Wondering if they treat their male customers the same

5 star customer service. Mike and his crew helped me out with a flat tire . They were fast, efficient , and knowledgeable. I plan to go here for every car repair I need from now on.

I got a oil change on Saturday that I Paid for off Groupon I did make a mistake with the synthetic blend when I needed full synthetic! After I provided the Groupon code and my keys I walked to get food while waiting when I got back the oil change was done and I was told I had to pay 38.10 and I questioned why i had to pay extra and was told Ishould be luck he even let me pay that because it's 78 for full synthetic oil. He should have called me to make sure I still wanted the oil change because what if I didn't have the money and he said you came for a change and that's what I gave you and if I did it have money I shouldn't have came needless to say I'll never go there again

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my visit with Monro merited one. The technicians ran into an issue - not of their making. The manager of the store was very helpful in showing me the issues they ran into and explaining possible solutions. He was very straightforward. They got me back out on the road within a few hours. The technicians were friendly too. Definitely a good spot to go for your basic car services.
