Had a headlight bulb that I couldn't change because it was impossible to reach. They had me in and out pretty quickly.

Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Was driving through and kept losing tire pressure. They quickly identified and fixed the leak. I appreciate their honesty and efficiency.

I think the place was unstaffed. The agent asked for a dollar amount without presenting or explaining the services provided. I don't plan on getting any service at a Pep Boys again

This location used to be great. However this time we had a 10am appt for an alignment, oil change and rotation. When dropping off we advised we would just leave the truck with them and they could work it in at their convenience, but would need it back by 5pm. However at 430pm when we had to call to check on it, they told us they did the oil change and rotation but could not do the alignment due to it being a lifted 4Runner and they didn't have the "specs". I advised them their location has done the alignment 3 other times with no issues. She sounded surprised but said they'd get it back up right away. The next day (today) my wife pointed out that they never even rotated the tires. So now I'm curious if the oil was ever even changed, meaning I'll have to crawl under the truck in the driveway because we can't even trust it was done. Even though we paid for a lifetime alignment, my wife thinks she would rather just pay the money to go elsewhere at this point.

Never again will I use pep boys they didn’t speed balance the tires right the was bouncing on the road and took it back for them to redo and took them over 3 hours to take it back and again didn’t speed balance them correctly took it somewhere else and they showed me all the wheel weights and how it was totally off on there machine paid almost 800.00 for tires they would of ruined from the bouncing of them going down the road would not ever recommend them

I had my car towed here on Wed night. They didn’t get to it until Fri because of the holiday but that was also because I kept calling. First they told me there was stuff behind the seat and the tech couldnt get the seat back to get in. I went up there and showed them the seat was all the way back. An hour later they sent an inspection report and it said the car was overweight and needed to be emptied to go on the lift. they tested the battery and said that it was probably the starter. The starter is replaced while the car is on the ground. So I got my keys back, pushed it into the other parking lot, bought a starter next-door at AutoZone, and put it on myself. From start to finish, it was a completely unprofessional customer service experience.

I made an appointment for 4:30 p the prior day for a walk in and wait. When I arrived, Rae the advisor/ scheduler said “there was not enough time to get anymore cars in” I mentioned I had made an appointment a day before. Before walking away, I told her if it was too much and not enough time I could re schedule. Granted all I scheduled was a tire rotation/ Oil change. I arrived at 4:30 and left at 5:45 my car was untouched. What a waste of time, I would rather pay the dealership $90 instead of stepping foot back in that place. Poor customer service and poor negligence!

The crew was amazing! I had a slow leak in my tire, and they repaired it right away. Rae worked with us, and she was efficient and very kind. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
