I have had nothing but good experiences with the Pep Boys and Robinson. Their team members are always kind, informative and super helpful.For someone who does not know much about auto mechanics They make the process easy.

Today I stopped in to pep boys in Robinson to patch my Cadillac Escalade tire that had a nail in it. I dropped off my tire and wheel and came back in bit later for pickup. The office mgr and mechanic were awesome, they asked me what tire pressure I use and like a rookie home mechanic I said oh my tire says 50 psi.. but after mentioning that I figured I better double check. Glad I did plus when I went back out mgr question me on it turned out my max should psi 44 psi not 50 psi all this time since I got my tires I've been riding around putting in 50 psi could have blown the tires. I really appreciate there helping me to see that. Plus the manager said no charge. They are awesome 5 stars well deserved ??

Jennifer, Rae, and Paul were awesome. They went out of their way to order the specific tires I wanted, despite not being a regularly stocked item. The guys in the back were fantastic.
