The manager Ray was disrespectful and unhelpful. Repeatedly read my phone bill back to me like I was stupid when he was not listening to the issue at hand. The issue being that I was incorrectly quoted a phone bill and now am paying 80$ more a month than I should be. Ray took no time in forcing me to pay the ridiculous balance on my account, but took no time in actually resolving my issue. I no longer recommend t-mobile, and I recommend this store even less. I was a sprint customer for 11 years. Not after today

Here’s manager bad person he kick me out because of my how I dressed. He first when I come inside he said don’t walk right here go from another side. And than we start work with another guy and serviceman guy let me take a picture from the tablet but manager said we can’t take a picture from the tablet and my husband said we taking picture our information whats problem and he said i am manager and than my husband said do your job and manager said to service guy close their account and leave here. Well I saw on that time he doing discrimination. I not recommend to anyone who muslim don’t go to there. U wil get disappointed and disrespected.

Nice how the guy figured out there was nothing wrong with my devices, he said it appears the internet or data's used up for month til it refreshes & it may be easy fix but I didn't know that so I was happy thanks again

The employees at the front were nice and helpful. The manager that came out of the back and couldn't be bothered to greet, or speak to us directly was rude as hell. He only spoke to the employee about us rather than to us, even though we were standing 3ft from them. He was huffy, rude, and impatient.He employee was trying to explain things to us regarding switching to t-mobile and promotions. This manager kept cutting him off and correcting him while talking only to him.This is very poor customer service and I am disgusted.

Longtime Verizon customer, kinda fed up with vz. Decided to try and see what t-mobile had to offer. The two counter gentlemen, apologies for not knowing the names, you guys were outstanding, were great in giving us a ballpark about what to expect. Now enter the manager, I have to assume. The employee helping us give him our info, and at first it was 650 off a trade in, then 2 seconds later, it was 800. Then back to 650. Oh and the woman's, exact words, phone isn't eligible. Not this man hasn't even acknowledged my family and I, he was saying this to our helper as we all stood right together. He then walks away without a direct word to myself or my wife. Very rude, I guess he doesn't like mixed couples. Cause he ignored us and wouldn't speak directly to us. He didn't even bother to do the math, this is how much it would cost, or let me see what other deals we may or may not be able to do. He just turned his back on us. 2 stars for the employees, I knocked three off for his attitude and lack of mastery on what exactly t-mobile offers. I mean you could have at least tried. My wife will be calling t-mobile directly to complian, as I removed myself because causing a scene isn't the way. Friendly warning, go anywhere else, this manager doesn't deserve the business. Also the store was deserted of customers except for a man who was complaining of a phone problem the blew him off of this past weekend from what I overheard.

The current crew is doing their best -- super friendly -- even when completely overrun. It's Corporate that lost the 5th star rating: Mike, who worked with me and all my buddies for the last 5-6 years, was truly your best team member, and in the best interest of your customer base here, should have been made manager.Mike made it his business to know every facet of every phone, and the best way to demonstrate the new features I was interested in. So, today, instead of a $1200+ purchase, I bought a $20-$30 memory chip, just to keep this one running until I figure out what to do. Honestly, if I'm not confident that the staff knows the product, I cannot be certain of the support I will get AFTER purchase.Top it off, Mike knew all your customers here -- most by name. He also knew that I have a severe sound sensitivity, and he would never have begun setting off screeching display alarms as they prepped for closing with me in the store. Again, not this manager's fault, but excruciating non-the less. Especially, as folks get older, they like to shop where people know them & they feel they are taken good care of/watched out for. Corporate was not watching out for us when they allowed Mike to leave. A truly savvy DM would have found a way to keep Mike, even if it meant creating a new management title/pay upgrade until he could get his own store. I wish I knew Mike's last name -- I would track him down and write him the best letter of recommendation that could ever be written. I hope this will suffice.

I should have known months ago when I walked into this store and saw a postal worker going postal on an employee for double charging their account which seems to be something they do frequently at this store. They charged me for multiple lines for months at this store and when I come in to fix it they claim I nvr paid for my watch and made me pay for it again just to keep a watch I’ve been playing double for, for the last three months. But homey here is out of allotted credit he can give customers, so how do I get my money back?

Had a problem with my phone regarding the screen being locked. Took it to Metro but was told by the employee that he did not know of any way to unlock my phone so I would probably have to buy another one.I went to T-Mobile and asked if it there was any way possible to open my phone. Hannah, who was working that day, spent 30 minutes doing what was necessary to resolve the problem.I am grateful for her assistance and will now switch our plan toT Mobile, not only because of the service but also because we found a plan that is better cost wise to fit our budget!

To be honest I had low expectations walking in because every time I've ever had to visit a phone store with a messed up phone it has never been a pleasant experience. The team in this location was extremely helpful and nice. They helped me through my phone issues and gave me a few different options about how to further address my phone problems. They were helpful enough to make me want to come on here and give a positive review so that's saying something.
