Always had a good experience there.Today going there I waited there hour and a half in a zam room before being seen granite I guess my doctor had a family emergency That's way too long for anybody to be stuck back there

The absolute best! Dr Iozzi I have been together since is practice started in the beginning. The nurses are all knowledgeable kind so helpful. The receptionists helpful..I would never go anyplace else.

They have an absolute ridiculous policy where they do not allow you to change PCPs within the practice. For years I saw the same wonderful doctor. Two years ago, I needed a physical and that doctor could not fit me in for 6 weeks- so I was scheduled with another doctor. While he was very nice, as a female I prefer a female doctor. I am just shocked a policy is allowed to exist that doesn't allow anyone to feel their most comfortable with a doctor.

Visited this location for the first time today. I was in and out in 40 minutes and appointment started on time. The Doctor I saw was awesome, incredibly knowledgeable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Doctors are good , But the receptionist was so rude , she doesn’t even know how to talk a sick patient, she need to learn some manners first and then she can come back and assist people, not all the receptionist are bad but that young one was too bad ? she need to stop throwing attitude to patients and understand that she is working for them?

I am so happy to have found this clinic and my new physician, Dr Richard Frey. My health is deteriorating, radically, year by year; I'm 40yrs old and was previously treated like a pain, a nuisance, "Oh, it's him again with something else." That kind of thing, which is why I sought better care - and I found it. This clinic, and Dr Frey and his nurse(s), have actually helped me, given credibility to the problems I have by simply wanting to treat them, and above all, everyone I've met has been caring and kind and patient with me and that makes me want to cry, as silly as that sounds, but surely some of you can relate. I'm not used to talking with doctors who really listen to you. I know this clinic and my physician have my back, are rooting for me, helping me, will not let me languish: they're getting me through. Also, they jump on problems. If there's an issue, they'll figure it out. Dr Frey and Absolute Primary Care have become a candle in all this darkness. Thank you so much. You all got a very cynical person (me) to shift into full-on gratitude mode. Not bad, not bad at all. Peace.

All I can say is that there's a true lack of communicative skills, consideration, and general organization in this facility's front desk. My PCP, Dr Taylor has been an excellent physician for me, and it's a shame that anyone should have deal with such ineptitude...I oft wonder if this type of disorganization occurs between the physicians and this front desk. Of late the medical community has been worked to death for the public, and my hat is off to them, as well as gratitude, understanding, and respect. All I ask is that this be reciprocated. I gave 3 stars overall..and that 's because of my admiration of the physicians, I give them a 5 star rating...do the math and you'll get the front office's rating.

I went to Absolute Primary Care for a couple years. Although Dr Behr was my pcp, I may have seen her two or three times max. I thought she was very rude...very into herself. I had cardiac arrest in June 2019. She never contacted me to see how I was. When I went to her office for a checkup she told me if I continued to see another Dr I would not be welcome there again....wow

Called to ask a simple question and the lady that answered had an attitude, then proceeded to say the office is only open until 3. If so, they need to update their hours of operation online. Was considering establishing care here as a new patient, but definitely looking elsewhere now.

Well I used to go here all the time but instead of even talking to me or bothering to refill my medication that I actually need they do nothing and ignore my messages for a month+ I moved and I am looking for a new better doctors office that actually caresThey didnt really care at all now that im thinking about it. They wanted to fight me on where my pain was located and it didnt want to even bother to give me a disability thing (I am on disability though the government too btw)I would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would
