I love Aldi, and I shop here weekly. I frequent several different Aldi’s depending where I’m at. The customer service here is HORRID. The people are rude, do not move when you’re shopping, leave you at the register for several minutes and when they come up they don’t speak, and are by far the least friendly people I’ve came across in an aldis. From someone who is a store manager in a retail store, everyone needs a better leader and staff needs upgraded.

I love Aldi! However, I really wish they would say something to parents who let their kids climb all over the bagging area where I'm supposed to put my groceries. Pretty gross.

I like this Aldi, but today I tried to get in just for eggs at 7:57PM and the doors were locked. I get that you want to leave for the night,.but come on. I would have been done in 3 minutes.

Employees walk with you to locate item not found instead of directing to a location which is EXTREMELY important.
