Geoffrey M in the Cranberry store is AWESOME! So personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He is a pleasure to interact with and made sure to answer all our questions and even followed up once we left the store to make sure everything transferred to new phone. Another customer entered the store while he was helping us and they requested to wait for him. I think that shows what an incredible asset he is to the AT&T team.

Had the pleasure of working with a nice fella named Geoff, super friendly and a jokester really keep the vibes friendly and relaxing. Will be back in two weeks to work on a plan we talked about, but was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything we had questions about.

Geoffrey was very helpful, knowledgeable and very personable too. So laid back and friendly but fast and easy to work with! One of the best interactions I've ever had in upgrading a phone. He upgraded my son's iPhone 10 to the 16 and transferred all of his content successfully... and also switched my service from my iPhone 15 pro max to my Samsung Galaxy Ultra 24 Android. Very smooth experience! I believe we were in and out within an hour!

I had went to the Mcknight branch to inquire about billing issues, along with upgrading my phones. The experience was terrible. You would have thought the sales reps objective was to NOT retain loyal customers. The rep actually told me that it is normal for your bill to fluctuate month to month. Frustrated, I drove to Cranberry and was immediately embraced by Jason, who thoroughly explained the bill changes. He corrected the mistakes promptly, and then let me know about different plan options that would suit my needs better. The experience was excellent. This is definitely the best store locally. Being a small business owner myself, I appreciate quality customer service.
