John spent quite a bit of time with me, trying to fix the horn and phone charger on my son's car. He was so patient and helpful and saved us money!
This store has such a friendly, community vibe. All the employees and customers worki together to fix everybody's car problems! I know nothing about cars so I go anytime. I have any kind of a problem and they are also nice and helpful.! Thanks John ...., I wish I could give you 10 stars! :-)

Double check the items that they get for you cause I requested a specific bulb but that is not what they provided to.me & had to go unfortunately.

On 4/16/25 I went to get an oil change at Valvoline & was told my battery not holding a charge was told to go next door to Auto Zone (Rte 19 Cranberry) where they can check to see if Alternator. VERY VERY SWEET lady (Dawn) came to my car with 3 different testers (impressed with her knowledge) she confirmed it was in fact my battery - she was thorough and honest - took my car to dealership & because my car was 18 months old under the mileage a free battery installed, Dawn could have tried to get me buy a battery from her store but her being honest and so kind as I was so stressed over this happening she made my day a lot better - Thank you Dawn, the works needs more people like you!!

I stopped in after work looking for a replacement key fob. Dawn was the customer rep who helped me and I have to say that I have NOT seen customer service at that level for an extremely long time. She went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to answer my questions, troubleshoot my existing fob, and was just generally cheerful!!!!!!. WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR in today’s times.!!!!!! Please Autozone……. recognize this amazing employee you have!!!!

Went in to get a window repair kit for a small chip. Thanks to the recommendation from the clerk I reached out to the insurance company and found out a professional fix was available without being marked as a claim against my policy. They also provide a discount to veterans! Much appreciated and a loyal returning customer.

When my car sprung a leak that dumped all its coolant (and I mean ALL), on July 3rd, 2024, we were fortunately nearby this AutoZone. The manager, Dawn, helped us in many ways:
- Before we figured out that the car would not hold coolant, she helped us fill it up and then told us to call her when we got home safely (worried about us!)
- Verified that the pump was still working by watching the engine as it was running (the pump was, but there was a broken hose connector at the bottom of the engine that you couldn't see).
- Unfortunately as we pulled out of the parking lot we realized the car was essentially immobile, it dumped all the coolant on the parking lot!
- Because it was the late afternoon on July 3rd, all the auto shops were closed for Independence Day, and the ones that were open didn't have a mechanic capable of diagnosing this.
- She called the Pep Boys across the street and asked them if they could help us out. Yes, they could, but not until July 5th at the earliest.
- She allowed us to leave the car parked at the AutoZone until we were able to move it to the Pep Boys for diagnosis.
We were so grateful we gave her some chocolates as a gift. As long as I live in the region, I know what auto parts store will get my business!
