It took about ten minutes to find the switches and routers. Funny enough, they're nowhere near the computers. Add another five minutes to decide with switch to go with- it's nice having options.Check-out was fast. Definitely worth the trip.

Was sent to Best BUY by Apple care. Upon arrival after a 45 mins drive there was no one there that could help me. Don't set up appointments when you don't have anyone to fix the issues!! Thanks for the wasted trip!

The staff were kind of rude and no one was willing to help. I had to pick up a computer with a friend and I was standing at the customer help desk for 10 minutes before anyone helped us. However, once they did help us, they were fast and efficient.

If you try to call the store from the phone number on Google, you get routed to someone in Indian (no matter what prompt you select) - super unhelpful and they couldn’t help me with telling me if something was on display because obviously they’re not in the actual store. Waste of my time and definitely not driving there when I can just order what I want online from a different retailer and return it no extra cost (or wasting my gas). This is why big box retailers are losing customers left and right. Deplorable they don’t have a phone in-store to talk to someone.

Went there today with my mom was getting ready purchase new gaming pc tall guy heavy set with beard was talking me out of it buying pc I told him I did my reasearch I did not need his help the gaming pcs are meant for gaming he didn’t know nothing I bought 953 gaming pc it works well with pc games and Xbox account I am playing and other guy I asked for help he didn’t say that’s his area curly hair guy I told them go do ur own stuff I bought it I was excited so Best Buy employs two of them are terrible and lack of knowledge here is photo of my set up and new 953 pc it was last one I enjoy it so not let them talk u out buying it screw there service I wasn’t leaving with out one like I got one todays worth my hard work money

Find a different location. The service at Geek Squad typically sucks, and quality service is rare. Has a good selection, but not enough stock. Prices are high and there is no way to call the store directly. I would rather buy from Target, Amazon, or Micro Center. If you love BestBuy, this location is not it.

I know people saying retail is dying but this store never fails me. Always has what I need, staff is super helpful and knowledgeable, and decent prices considering it is Best Buy. I prefer in store shopping to online so Best Buy is the place for me for all my electronic needs!

Changing my review... Last couple times I've ordered curbside I pull in and open it up for it to tell me curbside isn't available and I have to go into the store and wait in line. WTH
