One of my favorite pizza shops. I like the "assembly line" style of creating pizza with customizations. The staff is pleasant, prices are ok and food quality/taste is good.

The pizza here is really a pleasant treat. Tgw way it's cooked really leaves it less greasy than other pizza places. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely not your run of the mill pizza shop.

Awful service, they do not have enough people working for them. You can't have two people attempting to make the pizza, cook the pizza and someone at the register. Avoid.

On three separate occasions, at the Cranberry Township Pennsylvania location, I received terrible service.Firstly, I was overcharged about $12 because their cashiers were in such a hurry and under resourced that they made the mistake of charging me for an extra pizza.Secondly, it just occurred (right now). I probably waited 25 minutes and 15 of them the pizza sat cold. They were, at least, two to three people short of a full line (again, UNDER RESOURCED), with some newbie girl pulling out the pizzas. Two customers behind me in line were served before me. Your overall protocol really stinks.Thirdly, I walked in at 11:15 in late November of '23 and they weren't set-up. You open at 11 AM, if a customer asks for a pizza at 11 AM, you have to be ready. Bad form. I walked out.Shame, it's pretty good quality. I'm posting this review on Google My Business, Yelp and Pissed Consumer.BTW, I didn't ask for a refund for the first screw up, the second one I asked for my money back and walked out, they ate the pizza.

I usually don't complain because I come from a restaurant back ground, but this is got to be one of the worst blaze pizza I ever seen. They have no customer service skills in that building.

Great atmosphere with wonderful service. I've been to a few Blaze Pizza establishments, but I can't really say this one was missing anything. I'd honestly like to give them 4.5, take the 4 stars with a grain of salt. I tried a new sauce that spicy red didn't agree with me. Now, them caramel sea salt cookies and chocolate brownies are a must-have. I feel the cookies win the race, but you can't go wrong with either choice.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu that I seen but nothing a 5year old shouldn't see in sight.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious enough for my mom to sit with her mortorized wheels

Girl employee working in the Cranberry store THEEEEE WORSE behavior provides THEEEEEE nastiest customer service. Bad breakup, lantern flies and COVID ROLLED INTO ONE!!She is very very disrespectful, unprofessional and not personable! She should Never ever work in public customer service!!! She did not make eye contact when our crust was passed to her and was rushing throwing toppings etc on. I addressed her "hi, may I have a little sauce & cheese right there?” She rudely stretched her hand towards me (my child even said she thought she was going to push my hand back) telling me “don't reach over glass”. I understood that to be a fair and understandable request (even though she was aggressive when saying it) however she had a nasty way of telling me it especially being that she never made eye contact or greeted us as paying customers such as the young man did. She can learn from him because he was nice.I’m a grown adult old enough to be her parent did not deserve disrespect from her! Then she started telling me she couldn't do xyz on my pizza. You know, it’s not what you say to people or customers but how you say them and she needs training in customer service or no customer service jobs at all. She was trying to abuse my dignity and showed me no respect!!! The nice young guy said, “she’s actually our best employee.” I said, “if she’s the best then who the heck is the worse??!!!”

Not sure what the price is going to be!! One day I got a garlic pizza (white) on gluten free dough and the charged me for a one topping pizza + $3.00. This time I got a build your own and I asked for a few more pepperoni and it was going to be $1.00 upcharge yeti could have added a few more toppings and it would have been included? I only got 4 toppings. I've seen people get way more than that with no upcharge. Then I got that same garlic (white) pizza and they charged me for a build your own + $3.00. So one pizza with cheese and garlic is basically the same as my 4 topping pizza. Back in April 4/3023, I was overcharged and they gave me to cards for a free pizza and they expired 12/31/2021. SMH!Oh, be careful, they are pretty anal about touching the glass, or even touching the shelf your pizza is on.

i started coming here recently and i usually get the cheesy bread and it’s always good, however i went recently and got the cheesy bread like usual and i asked for the garlic pesto, (wtv it’s called) and i had gotten it the day before and it was pretty good. (i have no idea what it is but i wanted to try it) so i got it again the next day but there was hella garlic and some green oil/sauce on it so i went up and asked if i could possibly get a new one without the stuff on it and the generally large white girl with the blonde hair had an attitude with me for no reason at all, and she had one when we came in too, and was just kinda rudely mansplaining the ingredients, so i got the new cheesy bread and she put 80% of the garlic on 2 pieces and it was just so overpowering. will now try to avoid going while she’s here

Food great yet the management Meredith, provided little help to the employees who were also very nice. Simply put communication and consideration of a customer trumps mistakes. Never talk down to a customer
