TERRIBLE!!! Had my car for almost 6 months. Went in in May, got it back in Oct. They NEVER answer the phone. They NEVER return messages. I was called 1 time in 6 months just to tell me that it still wasn't ready. They would give me a time line and then once we reached the time that the car was supposed to be done, they would move it another month out. They blamed Nissan for not having the parts - a bracket, 3 screws and a piece of ribar. My car still isn't right but I will NOT take it back to them. The kicker is that Cochran is the dealer for my car and they still couldn't get it fixed in an expeditious manner or done right. I picked them from the list of insurance approved shops, what a mistake . AVOID at all costs.

Completely dissatisfied with this body shop. I called and emailed many times to multiple people regarding my warranty work, and no response at all from anyone for 6 months. Still waiting for a response!! I am so disappointed with the lack of response, responsibilities and customer service.

Work was fine. Communication was absolutely horrible. All communication was done at my own effort. It wasn’t until they bothered to see where parts were until 11 days after the initial completion date because I called and asked. Car could have been cleaner at pickup. It was evident it sat outside without a hood on it for a month and a half. Wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone.

Absolutely, 1st class work. If you have any luxury car new or old, this shop is the place to go for repairs. They Brought my ‘87 silver spur back to life!

I'm very disappointed in Cochran Collision. Their customer service and communication is terrible. They promise to give you updates on daily basis concerning your vehicle which never happened. They gave dates that the vehicle should be ready, and then when I called the day before to see if the it would be ready to pick up they gave excuses. i.e. two of the parts that came in were damaged, and 1 was the wrong part or never called backed Then they said that I had to wait for them to hear from the insurance company to determine who was going to be paid before they could release the vehicle, this process took a few days. They said they could not find an phone number for the company, which I subsequently had to supply to them.
Upon pick up of the my vehicle, everything looked fine. However, I was left with an empty gas tank. I live an hour from Cochran. Additionally, they took my vehicle to their dealership for a repair that I did not authorize. I guess the good thing was that they didn't charge me for this.

I agree with another reviewer. The customer service is horrible. Communication is almost nonexistent, always initiated by me and rude. My car has yet to be repaired. I will never refer anyone to this location.
Edit: I have finally had the opportunity to speak with a manager on site and I feel heard and understood. I was able to review the situation with him and voice my concerns. I feel better about things at this time.

Absolutely the worst quality, experience & communication I've ever experienced. First of all, I was stuck with a rental vehicle for a week before they even picked up my vehicle because they argued with me that they already towed it to their facility, but it was actually sitting in my driveway. once they did finally pick it up, there was NO communication at all through the process. once the ETA completion date was approaching, I made several calls & left messages & nobody ever answered the phone OR returned a call from the voicemails. Just over a week past the ETA completion date, I received a call from the rental car company stating that I need to return the vehicle because the work was done on my car a week ago!!! I still could not get in touch with Body by Cochran Cranberry & eventually got Nationwide involved in order to retrieve my vehicle. Once I went to pick it up, i looked it over & the work was horrific...there were rocks and dirt stuck in the paint (almost like it was sprayed in the parking lot on a windy day), panels were installed crooked with uneven gaps, paint drips, bubbles in paint, and overspray all over the doors. The car was then towed to a different facility in order to correct the mess that Cochran of Cranberry had created. What should have been a 2 week process had taken 3 months. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Customer service and communication is horrible. When we dropped the car off for service it was great, after that it went completely down hill. Wrong photos and vin numbers submitted to insurance, then no communication after that. They do not reply to emails and any time I call I have to leave a voicemail with no call back. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Never go to this shop they’re care less about their customers. They are are unorganized with how they deal with their customers. They have no urgency in getting anything done. You try calling to check the status of your vehicle and almost 99% of the time no one answers. If someone answer they route you to someone else and it’s an AI assistant that answers. This has been a nightmare for me and I usually don’t leave bad reviews on businesses but this experience has been soo bad it left me with no option. I would never bring my car here ever. Absolutely horrible service.

never go to this shop they are not reliable and are dishonest. they have terrible communication STAY AWAY or you will regret it
