Need to replace the entire staff with people who are competent. What a joke.

Poor communication. Little accountability. Lots of confusion. Moving on.

Horrible customer service. They checked my membership like usual, but all of a sudden they started checking again at the check. The next thing I knew, they were giving me a difficult time because my name was not on the a card. Sam's club wouldn't give a fuss about this, in fact you can check out with your phone. Sam's club is more advanced than Costco and was just happy to being making money. Their customer service is horrendous and the supervisor was seriously called over and said that she would make an exception this one time. I could understand if I was using a strangers account, but seriously my mother's account and they give me such s*** about it. Clearly based on other reviews, I'm not alone with how they choose to treat their customers.

Snobby, rude, racist, arrogant, disrespectful service. Is that actual customer service? Don't go to the eye glass section. I did and was yelled at, rushed along, and treated like I was undeserving of their minute long attention. Then, when I phoned in to complain from the parking lot, I was told that was fine behavior I received and hung up on before I could respond. The thing is, these are grown, white adults, not high school or even college aged kids that are acting with this level of impunity. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I come from California, where the level of actual Costco customer service is, apparently, exceptional. Who knew? I've taken returns without a receipt here and was told I could not return any item. In California, I never took a receipt to return items for 20 years. They just looked up the items on my account and accepted the returns. They did their jobs.It is no wonder I see no brown or black people shopping here. They have better things to do with their energy than spend it getting back to center, after even a brief stop. This is a disgraceful part of Costco's lineup and I will go out of my way to never shop here again. Too many chances given, and too many dismal experiences accrued.

This place got to be the worst. It is mind boggling that so many Karen's would be in one place often. I been in there 3 times and felt I was going to be lynched in this racist town by racist middle aged spoiled females who look at you like you are a domestic servant and ram the shopping cart to cut infront of you while you are pushing the cart respectfully. It's mind boggling how they try to act so snobbish in Walmart apparel and obese gut flap hubbys. I guess I was looking good in my Gucci earrings.

This Costco is great. Much bigger than the standard Sams Club store in my opinion. The samples are a great perk, as well as the inexpensive cafe food upon check out (pizza is great!). I have used the car center as well, all the staff was super helpful and had speedy service. The only down fall is, if you come here on a weekend it is PACKED. There isn't a lot of opportunity to look around or graze because the store is so crammed packed. I definitely recommend shopping during the day, or the week nights at the very least.

Let's be honest, who doesn't love Costco? This place has bomb prices and the food quality is excellent. And how can you not love free samples? They got samples on samples over here. The staff is always very friendly too. I highly recommend paying them a visit.

I came here for the specials on chicken/cranberry/jalapeno meatballs and the frozen egg rolls. And as is typical, walked out spending $70 more than intended. We were headed back to Ohio and this Costco was the only one that didn't take us miles out of our way. I really wanted to try those meatballs. I probably could have spent a couple of hours in here. I saw so many things the Columbus Costco doesn't carry. And NO SALES TAX ON CLOTHING! You lucky Pittsburghers and your apple pie is $4 cheaper than ours. Gas prices were NOT significantly lower than surrounding stations. I was pleased to see the little buns in the bakery. For us, they are a perfect size for sandwiches. Overall, a nice Costco. And as is typical of most Costcos, you will find items that are typical of the clientele they serve. I am more of a get in/get out shopper but I wish I had time to stay a little longer.

Today the Costco Tire Center staff replaced all 4 tires on our Honda CRV with Michelin CrossClimate2's. We had an appointment and were in and out in a little over an hour. They are our go to place for tires and after sales service (re-balancing, rotation, flat repair, etc. They continually spoil us with great service, low prices, friendly attitude, courtesy, efficiency and after-sales service (rotation, flat repair, etc.). What else can one ask for? I heartily recommend them for your tire needs.

Honestly, Costco does have really yummy food and does pay their employees really well but, I'm honestly not a big fan and didn't renew the membership this year. The staff is either to pushy or not very friendly, even though some are friendly. This place is a mad house with so many people in it that you just can't seem to get a moment to yourself. Things just feel hastily thrown together and it just isn't worth the hype to me. I personally wouldn't recommend Costco.

We recently bought a couch at Costco and James was so helpful. He helped through checkout and loading everything. Made the experience so easy and smooth. We will definitely buy furniture from them again. Thanks James!

I visited this Costco store in Cranberry to spend a Reward Certificate that I had earned for being an Executive member over the previous year. (Executive Members of Costco earn a 2% Reward on qualifying purchases each year, and then Costco mails a certificate to spend in the store.) At the entrance to this store, an employee said a friendly hello. As I walked around, I noticed that the store had a layout that was easy to navigate. At the entrance were electronics such as televisions, computers, and appliances. Then I saw home goods such as office products, bedding, mattresses, kitchenwares, home improvement goods, and supplies for the lawn and garden. About half of the store contained groceries with some cleaning and beauty products mixed in. If I wanted to do so, I could have done nearly all of my grocery shopping here. I did not spend much time in the middle section of the store, but it appeared to sell items such as clothing and snacks. Many products were in bulk and would be more appropriate for restaurant owners to buy, but many other products were perfect for my household size of only two people. The quality of the products was very high, and the prices were usually lower than what I have seen at competing stores such as Target, Walmart, Macy's, and Home Depot. The checkout went very smoothly, because employees helped the cashier to scan and bag the goods in my shopping cart. In the future, I will definitely visit this Costco again.

My favorite place to shop! I buy everything at Costco, except alcohol (Costco can't sell alcohol in PA) The meat is always fresh, the seafood either fresh or frozen is great. Clothes, batteries, blankets, milk, eggs, etc etc. Everything you need! The staff is friendly and courteous.
