So far so good. Unlike the lying guy out at Verizon (the one by tractor supply). Hell tell u what u want to hear just to get the sale. Tells you that u get free watches for promo and if u pay taxes you get a tablet. For some reason or another, the tablet wasn't available even after paying the taxes. He said I would get a call when I could pick it up. He calls, I went out 2 days after the call and my answer was, oh I sold it! Really, I paid taxes on it, therefore that is actually theft. Not to mention that my bill was over $300.per month for 2 phones. Said the bill would decrease over time. It didn't. I paid for warranty. cause the screen cracked. I told them I need it for work and I actually missed work TWICE to meet them. They never showed up the first time so I rescheduled it and guess what, they didn't show up the second time either. Now I'm out 2 days of pay. When I went to cricket, there were 2 other people pretty much complaining about the same problem. So far I have had no issues with cricket. And for 2 new 5G phones with phone cases I paid around $200 flat out own them now and for warranty included in unlimited everything and it's only $176/month. I'll take that over $300+/month and bad service any day.

So my crickett phone was not working so I stopped in to this crickett location today 4/11/24. the 2 younger girls were very ignorant, they should not be working with the public. I drove down the road to G-Rex wireless mind you their not my provider cricket is. All G-Rex did was got in my phone and said looks like you need update and now my phone works fine. Thank you G-Rex, the ignorant cricket employees who one addressed her self as the boss got ignorant, refused to help and said buy a new phone. I will never go to this location again. I might get rid of crickett completely after this. I will also contact corporate about my interaction. Depending on what corporate does will be deciding factor whether or not I drop cricket competition

Service has been out for everyone I know in the Oil City/Seneca area and other parts of Venango County since last night. When anyone calls the local store, it goes to voicemail and it tells you that the box is full and instructs you to hang up. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. When people have called customer service line, they are told that there are no problems. Currently looking into other providers because I need a reliable service so I'm able to make and receive phone calls and texts .

Store is supposed to open at 11 on Sunday got there a little after 12. Called the store no answer. Lights were on and office door was open. Had time for lunch and different things. Stopped back after 1 still not open. Upgraded a phone the previous day and had gone to upgrade a second phone today. Very dissatisfied with my service today

Awesome employees! Very helpful and educated! I seen some customers that were not as pleasant and understanding knowing staffing is short a lot of businesses now a days and you could tell they did the best they could with what they have! Wish others were as patient and understanding! Sad when people treat the people who work for a place bad even if it’s out of the employees hands! Definitely would recommend! Kindness goes a long way people!
