Stacie and Riley are a wonderful team. They know their customers. If I need a booster or a new shot, this is my go to place. Stacie does a wonderful job administering the shot. And often there is a Target coupon as an added bonus.

For three decades, I relied on Giant Eagle for my prescriptions. However, due to the ongoing confusion and inconsistencies, I transferred my prescriptions to the CVS located within Target. This change has resulted in a remarkably seamless transition. The pharmacy technicians are exceptional in their service and efficiency. I want to highlight the outstanding support provided by pharmacist Stacy; her contributions cannot be overstated. Managing over 11 prescriptions daily can be pretty complex, especially with the frequent changes dictated by my health conditions, yet Stacy consistently maintains organization and clarity throughout the process. I extend my sincere gratitude to Stacy and the entire pharmacy team for their dedication and hard work.

My medication has been fluctuating between being out of stock or only being available in other dosage and while most pharmacies I’ve gone to have been very hard to work with, the team here truly cares and has always treated me like a person (which should be the average for these places, but unfortunately it is not)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the CVS pharmacy inside Target on Route 228, and I have to say, the customer service here is outstanding—far beyond anything I’ve experienced at other CVS locations.
I was searching for a medication that’s currently on the shortage list, which my insurance doesn’t cover, and my wife and I were both set to start it on the same day. The store was busy, yet one of the employees took the time to stop and look up the availability at other CVS locations, even providing me with a list of five stores that might have it.
Then, the pharmacist herself stepped in to help determine my out-of-pocket costs and assist with loading savings cards. The level of care and service was exceptional, especially considering other CVS locations I called wouldn’t even check to see where the medication might be available. This team went the extra mile by checking their distributor supply and assuring me that if I couldn’t find it elsewhere, they could have it in stock by Monday.
I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff at this location—every single employee was amazing! It’s clear they have a loyal customer base, as many people were greeting the staff warmly as they came in.
Without question, I’ll be transferring all my prescription refills to this CVS moving forward. Great job to everyone at the Route 228 CVS! You’ve earned a loyal customer.

Every single time a prescription is sent to this pharmacy, It’s an absolute nightmare. Sometimes prescriptions are sent days in advance and are never ready upon pick up.I believe this pharmacy is a mess, And has a lot of area to improve. It should not be this hard to pick up medicine. The staff always look like a deer in the headlights when things are not ready, or correct.
