Every single time a prescription is sent to this pharmacy, It’s an absolute nightmare. Sometimes prescriptions are sent days in advance and are never ready upon pick up.I believe this pharmacy is a mess, And has a lot of area to improve. It should not be this hard to pick up medicine. The staff always look like a deer in the headlights when things are not ready, or correct.

Why is a retail pharmacy closed for lunch , do they not know how to manage staff. And please don't say COVID caused this. Also post your correct hours on your site. If you don't open till 10 on Saturday your site shouldn't say opening at 9. This is why CVS is losing business it is horribly managed.

Pharmacist had attitude. I've stopped by this pharmacy every year when I'm shopping at Target to get a flu shot w/o an appt. Today, the Pharmacist decided I was a child who needed to be scolded for not making an appointment. I was told that it would be 15-20 minute wait (fine) and that going "fo-ward" we need you to make an appointment - "Keep in mind that people who actually MADE appointments will be coming in." Implying, I suppose, that my wait may be longer than 15-20 minutes and that I can expect to be penalized for not having an appointment. Just tell me you have too many appointments today and can't take walk-ins, don't lecture me and try to make me feel small.There are pharmacies in Cranberry practically at every traffic light, I don't need to go to CVS.

My husband needed a prescription filled about 8:00 pm after his doctor called it in. Both the pharmacist and clerk were NOT very helpful. When my husband asked if they could check his insurance info they just said no they couldn't. Therefore, my husband had to pay more for his prescription.

My favorite pharmacy. I do everything through the apps, very thoughtful . BUT the drive-thru is horrible. Better get out from your car and get your prescription. I know if not the staffs, the people have to understand the point the drive thru is go faster. Use the apps!! Be ready with your code bar!!! Please. Thank you
