I do not like the dentist. I hadn’t gone for years. But this office is changing my opinion. They’re all incredibly kind, and Dr. Alviani is a master at his craft. Whether you’re getting a routine cleaning or 7 years worth of repairs (like me) they’ll work with you to facilitate your needs. They also send out friendly reminder texts just in case you forget your appointment. I’ve had to cancel before as well, but it’s never an issue. I sincerely cannot recommend this enough.

First, I was disappointed with the call center scheduling. However, Jenny from the office called and explained everything in detail so professionally.I really liked the customer service and their professional behaviour. This shows they value customer´s time. I will definitely recommend DentalWorks office in Cranberry and give them 5 star.

This office was unable to scheduled cleaning for 3 members of my family until June (I called the first days of february), then proceed to cancel my all our appts a few days before we had to go. They told me they will put us on the waiting list for an appt cancelation. Now, they have called my husband for an appt, even though 2 of us were ahead on list (his canceled appt was over 2 weeks after our appt). Who knows how many more people was called before us. I was waiting for them since february, but I won't be returning. EXTREMELY UNPROFESIONAL.

I was just there for a consult but everyone was so nice, usually with any doctor you get judged and scrutinized, but everyone was very kind. They make you feel heard, and I truly appreciate that, thank you.

One of the best experiences I've had with a dentist in my adult life. They got me an appointment quickly as a new patient with the help of my insurance company. The staff is friendly and made feel right at home. I was nervous since I had a bad experience with a root canal before and dentists in general but after my initial appointment and consult, the dentist looked at me and promised he wasn't going to hurt me and he kept it! I had the root canal scheduled the next day. They suggested bringing earbuds to drown out the noise from the which was new to me. I go back in three weeks for a permanent crown and feel very confident and comfortable doing so. Would recommend this place to anyone.AND my you would have no idea looking at me that my tooth had broken. The work is so good.

After bad experiences with other dentists, working with DentalWorks has been a breath of fresh air. Everyone that I have talked to have been very helpful, kind, and good at there jobs.

Very disappointed with the scheduling call center...If you're going to use a scheduling call center accuracy needs to be taken into consideration... My husband and I received no confirmation of these appointments either and both had been told one time and were scheduled another. My husband was told to fill out new patient paperwork and not instructed what to do with it when finished. After 30 minutes I had gone up to the front desk to determine when we would be taken back for his appointment only to find out that they were waiting for his paperwork and that our appointment was 30 minutes later than we had originally been told.Doctor is wonderful along with the staff we have encountered, but somethings could be fixed.

Great first visit at DentalWorks! Very nice people. Rather quick appointment without long wait. Called me the day before to ask if I could come 30 minutes later which I appreciated instead of having to wait in the waiting room. Making them my go to dentist!
