Miserable staff. Can't take your cart in the parking lot. Cashier cant ring up 30 items without a manager. The cashier rolled her eyes at me. If you don't want to be in business why are you open?

I was in the Cranberry Twp. store today and the cashier Kathi had an attitude as soon as she saw I had dishes. She refused to wrap them and then wouldn't even bag them. I had to do it myself then complained because I was using their bags and they were short while rolling her eyes the entire time. She told me to put them in cart unwrapped. I had 40 pieces. How did she expect me to carry them? Extremely rude and lazy. All other dollar trees have no problem wrapping them and bagging. It's called doing your job!

Store has a wide variety of items. Items are mostly cheaply made, but that is expected for the low prices. Employees are helpful and friendly. The store is clean.

I want to say a specific Thank you again to the 2 woman working today (4/17/25) for really listening to me and taking me seriously when I voiced my discomfort about 2 men that were following me, my 2 year old daughter and mother in law around the store for about (45 minutes) when I told them the one girl stopped what she was doing, closed her register and stood outside to watch them wile I waiting inside for my ride to come. The other lady stayed with me and talked with me, offering me her box cutter for comfort (which I declined with a smile lol) and after hearing other customers chime in about how they also saw them following us and that they were acting strange with no basket or cart or items in hand.. she started notifying everyone that she could and made sure to warn everyone to be careful when leaving incase they were still out there.. the one lady was older with glasses and short black pixie like cut, the other was a younger girl maybe late/mid 20s with blonde hair. I am so beyond grateful and blessed for those two ladies and I truly hope the lord follows them everyday and protects them because they were truly ANGELS! THANK YOU!!!

Young blonde girl that works there is ignorant and rude. My husband skewed if she could come over to where he was looking for something so he could have assistance and she refused saying "what do you want" assistance that's what he wanted. I stayed that she's an employee and if a customer is asking for assistance she should assist her comment was I can hear you well I'm glad you could hear me it was the point. When I stated that she says oh well. If that's your employees attitude I'll do at another location.

Used to work at this store almost a decade ago.
Never thought Dollar Tree had so much selection, thats because this is a regional main store. So its bigger, has frozen food and the Dollar Plus items. ~
They surprised me really, you can find alot of stuff from energy drinks, to icecream, to party supplies, to even those solar dancing sunflowers.

Customer service was rude. Marcy's jokes weren't funny. Couple in front of us felt disrespected. Would give zero stars if I could.

The older woman who works at this particular store is excessively rude!! My mood actually changes when I walk into the store and see her. Completely unnecessary to act in the ignorant way that she does. At least she is consistent. She treats everyone in her line the same way, like an inconvenience.
