The Cranberry Township, PA store did a fantastic job for our family! It was my parents’ anniversary, and we had a gift fall through at the last minute. I checked into which services in their area could deliver something that they would love quickly, and Edible Arrangements came up with a few items that could be delivered the same day - they even had options for one hour! It was already 2 PM my time so 3 PM at your store, so I didn’t have much hope, but I put my order in online, crossed my fingers it would be timely, and then called the store to see whether they thought they could get the delivery done. The gentleman at the store was able to get the order delivered timely to my parents who live in a community 30 minutes away, and they loved everything. My brother and sister and I are so appreciative of the care they took in getting that delivery made so quickly and doing a great job. Thank you so much!

Ordered fruit arrangement, 2 balloons and a cheesecake. They received fruit arrangement, one balloon and a box with 4 extra strawberries. Very disappointed I didn't receive what was ordered for the price I paid.

So very pleased with everything- a beautiful tray of delicious fruit- almost too pretty to eat!! I also ordered dipped strawberries and the berries are huge and juicy! Definitely using them again! Thank you so much!

The customer service was excellent. I had called after the store closed and left a voicemail per their delivery times and i got a returned call back first thing the next morning. All of my questions were answered properly, the delivery was timely and my friend enjoyed her fruit treat:). Thanks for the wonderful service!

I will never order from this location ever again.
They failed their 100%customer service guarantee as stated in their email confirmation. As well as not delivering the gift before 7pm as it stated in the email.
They provided horrible customer service telling me it was my fault for not choosing the express delivery upcharge option. Very unprofessional and unethical business practice.
This business proved they do not care about their customers.

Smooth gift delivery to recipient. I even received a phone call confirming the delivery of the order and was asked if I would like a picture of the order delivery texted to me. Recipient said fruit was very fresh and the chocolate was delicious. Would highly recommend this store and will use again in the future. Thank you, Edible Arrangements!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
