Called 2 hours ahead to make sure that they had SUV’s to be rented. Drove an hour to get there just for them to tell us they don’t have any SUV’s. The reservation we made was non existent and that we shouldn’t trust their customer service. We are trying to go on a multi state trip with 3 people and are currently stuck in a compact car because they said they can get us swapped into a SUV at some point. We have tried twice now to swap out and both times we were told that they don’t have anything and to contact them later to set up “a reservation” to get a SUV. They told us to not call the care center and to call the location next time, and we tried to do that prior to arriving but they never picked up the phone. We waited on hold for an entire hour while we were driving there.

Pick up and drop off was easy, quick and seamless. I was never pressured to add anything on which was nice. It allowed me to make the decision on my own by not being pressured.

I was treated nicely when I was in the office, but they will outright not answer the phone. I can hear the person pick the phone up and put it back down. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes at one point.

Awful experience and even worse company follow up. When we picked up our rental just about the entire car was scratched up, side mirror was broken, and the inside was filthy with liquid and creams never wiped on the seats. I filled out a survey after my rental and a local District Manager left a message to discuss my concerns. I have called back several times, left a text and voicemail to call me back and ZERO response. Shows how little they really care about customer feedback.

The recent experience from this rental location was very scary, when they call me 30 min before my pickup time and informed that my SUV car was not available. The car was reserved several weeks before. Also, when I called them 24 hrs. before pickup, they confirmed the availability of my car. At the last minute of my travel, it was big chaos and I had to call several rental companies. Finally, Hillsborough Enterprise company get me with similar car. Not sure why Cranberry location told me that my type of car not available within 100 miles. The guy who called me was very rude and justified me that legally they can cancel my car anytime. Although he promised to send me cancellation email, it never arrived at my inbox, probably they don't want to keep any written proof. While I was sharing my experience with my office colleagues, I heard at least 2 of my colleagues had similar experience and advised me to reserve from North Brunswick or other locations in future and stay away from Cranberry. I am reserving cars from Enterprise for 20 years and never had this kind of experience at the last minute of my travel with family.

We rented a Suburban to go on vacation, and the person prior didn't turn it in. The manager went out of his way to make it right. Excellent customer service skills, and without a doubt if I were to rent another car it would be at Enterprise in Cranberry Twp. Thank you for everything.

I have been renting from this Enterprise for over 7 years for work and pleasure. Working with Brock and his team, they have always provided me with exceptional service and handled any problems or concerns. They get me going quick and always have the car I need.
