I had zero issues here. My pre-printed label on my box was scanned and the box was processed. She was polite and courteous throughout the transaction.

What people don't understand about this location is its not a fedex office, print, ship, fax location. It is primarily a drop location and the workers that do work front counter service are required to do work in the back office. They are not hiding from anyone or not doing their job by not being up there when you come in. And there may be staffing issues sometimes but unfortunately only office workers are trained to work the counter not the drivers that you can occasionally hear in the back office. Please consider all aspects before you go and judge a location for your lack of planning and preparation.

My package does not require a sign signature some how the driver think it is his and decide to take it back
To the location you have to be really slow to not realize all packages should be left at front door because it is a private residence I have to wait until
5pm to go for package you do not know if I have time!

My problem isn't with that Center my problem is with FedEx and their lack of customer service. I made eight calls and didn't speak to a human. I did not have a problem that can be fixed with the app. I drove to a location and had my concerned answered in less than 30 seconds, of course it was a pass the buck to the ground Center which I also drove to but there was no discernible entrance. If I have a choice it won't be FedEx.
