I always have a great experience when I take my car to Firestone. The associates are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable—they take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I feel confident about the services being performed. The prices are very reasonable, and I never feel like I'm being upsold or pressured into unnecessary work.
Every time I pick up my car, the work is done to perfection, and it runs like new. I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and high level of care they consistently provide. Firestone has earned my complete trust, and I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else!

We’re incredibly grateful to this auto shop for going above and beyond during a very stressful time as we traveled to our new home. They quickly diagnosed the issue with our Explorer, ordered the necessary parts, and even stayed late to ensure the repairs were completed promptly. Their location was right in front of our hotel which made everything so much smoother. The car was ready in under 24 hours with a new throttle body and spark plugs installed. I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise, efficiency, and willingness to accommodate us on such short notice. Thank you for your outstanding service, attention to detail, and for being an exceptional shop we could rely on when we needed it most.

Had a catastrophic event happen while visiting Cranberry from Harrisburg for a sporting event. My AC compressor exploded rendering the car inoperable. This location went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and repair it so I could get back home. Other auto shops said they couldn’t help me until mid week but the Firestone team got it done in 24 hours on the weekend. Major kudos for outstanding customer service and a job well done.

Worst automotive place I have ever been to in my entire life. They literally take walk-ins before scheduled appointments. Why have Appointments if you are not going to follow the schedule. I dropped my car off at 9:30 AM on a Saturday. It was the first appointment of the day. By 1 o’clock I didn’t hear anything so I called. They told me they haven’t even took my car to look at it and that they were backed up with inspections. The receptionist told me that when walk-ins come in they put the scheduled appointments to the side. Keep in mind it was 100° outside and I had a 4 Hour Drive home with no AC all because they can’t run a proper business. Save your money and go to an actual auto repair shop. I will never recommend these people to anybody

Very mature, professional young woman arranged for the work to be performed on my car. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge of automobiles and the impeccable way she handled getting customers in and out and resolving issues along the way. She is a true gem and will be a successful member of upper management one day regardless of where that might be. On another note, I’ve stuck with Firestone in Cranberry even though I moved to Beaver County because it is the only place that will schedule me for an inspection and oil change the next day following my call. Last year I had called six places, including my car dealer, but had no luck with any of them. Firestone allows you to wait while your car is being serviced which is huge. Highly recommend! I hope they don’t change.

Firestone in Cranberry Township, PA is beyond spactular. My experience was professional and fast for a 2025 BMW X5 X-drive 60i oil change and run flat tire rotation at 14,000 miles. Definitely recommend Firestone in Cranberry Township!

I really don't know why you make a appointment. When I got there they said they should get me done in 2 hrs .Just to balance 4 tires.waste of time going there today. Why book appointments when you're not able to do the work in a reasonable amount of time?

Tom who was at the front desk was very helpful in setting me up for the appointment. He did give me a call to update me on the status of my vehicle. I feel I received a very honest service.

Took my car here on Wednesday 6/26/24 for 4 tires. They had to order them I was told 2 were coming on 6/27 and the other 2 on 6/28 and car would be done end of the day on 6/28.. Well they call my wife on 6/28 say the 2 didn't show. That it would be done on 6/29 then that day comes they call and say the tires didn't come that someone didn't order them. Then they say on 7/1 it will be done then on 7/1 they say only 1 tire came. They say it will be done 7/2 so finally on 7/2 at 530pm I get email and call car is done. I couldn't pick up till 7/3.. When I pick up my car it's unlocked and a $200 pair of sunglasses missing and my driver seat is all greasy and dirty. I did the survey it said someone would contact me in 2 busines days. Well that was on 7/5 today is 7/12 still Noone has reached out.

Amanda and the staff were super friendly and they got my Mazda inspection done really quick while I waited. The black lab shop dog “Phoebe” was really friendly. This is a great shop to bring your car to!
