Came in to 5 below in Cranberry, PA and the young lady that was up front made eye contact with us but DID NOT get greeting us. We were in the store for about 35mins. The store was clean and organize but not once did we get asked if we were finding everything okay. When we finally checked out the same young lady (Ella) didn’t ask if we found everything okay nor did she say thank you, when we left the store! I’m not sure what time of training is provided to the associates at 5 below but customer service, kindness and people skills should be a focus for all associates

Got my ears pierced here which was nice for like 30$ for good earrings and 2 piercings. Ladies were nice, did a good job even tho they were nervous.

The candy selection is top notch, always leave with a bag full. Employees are friendly and helpful. I can see why kids love this place with the amount of unique toys n trinkets to choose from.

We go there every Christmas season to get toys for a toy drive for orphans. The price allows us to get more toy and the orphans greatly appreciate them.
